I could not believe how great the house looked after James power washed it.
They have done a great job very quick and good work would highly recommend.

I could not believe how great the house looked after James power washed it. Preservation One was fast and very efficient from the moment I asked for an estimate to the completion of the job. I am very pleased with the finished product. Thanks James!

James installed a shower install and flooring in bathroom, and re-grouted kitchen flooring. First day, over 2 hours late with no phone call. I had to call him to find out why he was late. Didn't leave his daily work schedule per contract. He said he would be back out on a Monday to finish sanding one spot that wasn't dry. Contacted, he apologized but would be there first thing Tuesday morning. No show. Called and text but he would not respond. Kitchen grout is starting to chip and crack. Shame on me for paying complete when job wasn't completed. Shame on Preservation One for not completing job and making things right. I will not recommend this company to no one.

UPDATE 11/8/2018 - DO NOT HIRE! - I had to change this from 5 stars to 1 star. I contracted James Gonzalez and Preservation One to do another job for me this fall. My neighbor also contracted him to do work. After taking payment and only partially completing the work, he has not returned, and he is not answering our calls or texts. We've decided to take a video detailing the incomplete work, and we'll be filing separate suits next week. DO NOT do any business with this contractor. We had a great working relationship, until he just stopped showing up or answering calls.

Old Review: I had Preservation One install a lattice privacy fence around a large pre-existing deck. The fence is about 65 feet long total, and it is about 7' tall. They installed it in about 2 days, including the time it took for the concrete to cure (4x4 posts were set in the ground). Everything was done quickly and cleanly. James made some great suggestions that made the project turn out better than what I had originally drawn up. I'll probably have them back to do more work in the future.
