A failed 21 yo Ejector Pump servicing our basement bathroom SET OFF the alarm on a Friday afternoon just before big snow storm a week and a half ago. Seemed like a good idea to wait till after the snow storm to schedule the replacement. NO water dripping from the faucet, the tub, and appearantly the toilet was fine also. I didn't shut OFF the water to the tank. The error that caused the need for the excellent professional work of Complete Drying Co. Tuesday morning when the plumber arrived, we discovered the delay in replacing the pump allowed a very small leak in the tank flapper to cause the bowl to overflow for those 4½ days. The leak may not have been evident on Friday, but by Tuesday ... Short story, rising water in the pit set OFF the alarm, not a failed pump, a pump that was handling the constant flapper leak for who knows how long...
The Mitigation service was professional, more than competent, and as their name implies, Complete.
Peyton and Travis were prompt, professional, and explained the process completely. This group was recommended by our plumber, and will be on my list to my insurance company for preferred providers.

Our sump pump went out during a storm and caused flooding in our basement. We were out of town, and I contacted them late at night on the weekend. I was surprised to be connected with a real-life person, and schedule a team to come out first thing in the morning. They are very responsive, with the ability to text (again, with a human) at all hours of the day. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The owner even called and provided helpful advice as well as a timeline that helped manage my expectations. I didn't have access to a computer while I was out of town, but was able to sign contracts and move the process along with digital signatures regardless. I hope to not have to deal with this situation again, but if I did, I'd work with them again 100%.

We unfortunately had a main water supply line break and it flooded about half of our home. Our plumber Bill Eddy suggested that we call Complete Drying and man oh man are we ever glad we did. Their lead water guy Travis was here within 30 minutes and worked diligently all the rest of the day and then the next to get things dried out. This took quite a while since we had 2-3" of water standing, but it worked. Then Complete Drying connected us with their recommended flooring and painting companies to get everything repaired and back to normal. We cannot say enough about this wonderful company and their excellent office staff, Jennifer & Kera! Jennifer kept in touch advising where this lengthy process was, which was so helpful and above and beyond what so many companies do ..... we are just so pleased with Complete Drying and highly recommend them!

The upstairs bathroom flooded and destroyed the downstairs, Complete Care showed up within a couple hours and started cleaning the mess up. They handled everything to get the house back in order including providing the contractors for repair and insurance related issues. The made this Nightmare easy to deal with and got our house back to normal quickly! Highly Recommend and will use again in the future if needed, hopefully not though!

Very poor at communication and estimating cost. Did show up on time.
Upstairs toilet broke and flooded multiple rooms below. Complete drying came out and recommended using heat to dry whole house versus removal. Kept the house at 110 degrees with a huge furnace and over 20 fans blowing. I asked multiple times if removal would be better and the answer was no every time. After remediation was completed, two different adjusters and two contractors looked at the home and all recommended removal of about 80% of everything that got wet. $11,000 to dry material that is still going to have to be removed. Don’t go into this uninformed, do your own research and compare methods before you make a decision.

We had water damage in the basement occur less than a week before we were supposed to close on our new home. Complete Drying Co was responsive, they got all of the quotes we needed incredibly fast, and were well organized. Once the service was under way, Megan helped keep things on track. We won’t hesitate to contact them in the future should we have an issue arise.

I had water damage due to a leak. Areas on the first floor and basement were both soaked. They came out right away, assessed the situation, walked me through it, and got right to it. The tech was very professional and helpful. I’m glad I reached out to them because they took care of the issue and did it in a masterful way. I definitely recommend them to take care of your situation.

As with most restoration companies, very responsive to water damage call. I did find that their total cost is around twice as much as competitors. Not a huge deal if homeowners insurance is covering the claim. I was self pay and went elsewhere for the carpet cleaning, carpet stretching etc., their quote for actual restoration was double other competitors.

When a sink was not actually turned off, Dave was very helpful in calming my nerves and helped me relax knowing that they would be there in the morning to remedy the issue. Dave came to look at the issue and then Zayn provided support to remedy the issue. Zayn was very kind, professional, and diligent in his work. We appreciate their service!

After discovering an undetected water leak from our ice maker, we called Complete Drying Co. David and his team responded quickly to our call and successfully dried our bamboo flooring and drywall so we were able to avoid costly replacement. Throughout the entire process, they provided excellent, friendly customer service as they worked diligently to make sure all areas were completely dry and void of problems. We are totally pleased with their work, and the interactions we had will the entire staff. Pricing was fair and reasonable and they saved us major $$$ in replacement of flooring and drywall. These guys do a great job! We Recently had an issue with a water softener that had a defective print and caused some water damage. Dave and his team reacted promptly and took care of everything. They restored the floor back to new and also had excellent communication with the customer during the process. I strongly recommend complete drying for all your remediation needs. Thanks guys! We did not have a good experience working with Complete Drying. When they initially came in to assess the damage, we had a subfloor underneath our laminate flooring that they expressed definitely needs to be taken up. Then suggested that this would take a long time to complete. Then said it actually doesn't need to be taken up. So this costs is falling on us alone because insurance did not cover it. I also feel the price is ridiculously high for what was actually done. The flooding in our kitchen was caused by the dishwasher but they didn't bring the dishwasher out when drying. Nor did they bring it out when they came back to do the dry readings. I definitely would not recommend this company.

Quick and professional service. A complete explanation of the service to be set up the next day and what would occur during the timeframe of the drying. We are beyond thrilled with their work.

I had a bad experience with this Company. We were not home when our basement had 3 inches of water. They were called by a member of our family. We were told they were reasonable. We did not have insurance. We told them that. Oh we will will work with you. Gave us a price then changed it because he had to check his computer. We had his equipment not even 24 hours and was charged 1,600.00 After the first day we called early the next morning to remove his equipment . Would not come and get it and charged for another day. We had to call three times to get the equipment out. We got the job done from a local family own business . We got dryers and and all clean up for 2,600.00 I feel I was ripped off by the Complete Carpet Care. Never again would I call them it is a scam.
