Worked on my roof to repair a leak around the chimney area. The back and forth attempts went on for several months and the leak was never resolved. I was finally told after several months, the problem was that moisture was coming in through the chimney mortar and bricks. The full cost to repair the leak was paid, however, they required an additional fee to repair the chimney after working on the roof to accomplish nothing and not fulfilling the contract agreement and purpose for hiring this company in the beginning. Suddenly, the company moved from the Jamestown location and never returned my phone calls.!They are fortunate to get a rating of 3 from me!!

Last fall, we contacted Premium 360 Exteriors to replace our asphalt roof with metal. They were quick to respond in getting us an estimate and then in scheduling and completing the job. Their crew was efficient, professional, and highly skilled. And the results … gorgeous! But the real test came after the job was done.

We were aware from the onset that the project might be problematic. We live in an old log cabin, its framework as idiosyncratic as you might expect from a structure of indeterminate age. Sure enough, after a wind-driven rain, we discovered some leaks. I contacted Phil, who had given me his cell number for just such a situation, and he sent his crew out on the next dry day to investigate. In the end, it took several visits, some trial and error, and the eventual replacement of a few edge pieces. The point being, every issue was addressed in a timely fashion and resolved to our complete satisfaction without question. Furthermore, I have every confidence Phil and Premium 360 Exteriors will continue to stand by their work for the life of the roof. I cannot recommend their services highly enough, both to those with more straightforward roofing needs, as well as anyone whose home, like ours, presents a particular challenge.
