Chris and his team did an outstanding job on my roof replacement. The workers were careful to protect the landscaping and cleaned up debris throughout the entire job. I highly recommend this company.

I am happy to say we had a very pleasant experience with First Class Roofing. Chris Harkey and his team provided us with a exceptional outcome. We got a total of 8 estimates for a metal roof. However, we chose First Class Roofing primarily after speaking with former clients and the A+ rating the company has earned with the Better Business Bureau. We got a beautiful black metal roof that was needed but it also enhanced the beauty of our home. They are FIRST CLASS.

Great team of people. Enjoyed the process from start to finish. They kept me in the loop on all steps involving the insurance company and helped illuminate the process for us. When it came to selecting the look or shingles great care was takin to insure our happiness with our selection as they gave us a catalog, would provide samples if necessary and answer any questions we might have. Truly a company that cares. 10 stars out of 5, that great.

Chris and his crew were the best! From day 1 until completion Chris was there. Unfortunately, I went through an Insurance denial which took a long 7 1/2 month battle. Chris worked with me every step of the way until we prevailed winning the many appeals. First Class was superior in every way-great work on the roof but more than that-Chris negotiated on our behalf w/insurance company and answered all our questions in a timely and direct manner, on site crew efficient and courteous (site mgr Josh is top flight!), and back office support was outstanding! They did an amazing job replacing our roof after a big hail storm that damaged our roof and also caused a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They did a good job at cleaning up when they were done. They were very respectful and kept in contact if the scheduling had to change. They came out with samples for me to choose th color which was a hard decision because they had so many to choose from. They worked with my insurance company with no issues. I would recommend them to anybody! Thank you so much for help us!

I had the unfortunate experience of hiring First Class Roofing, and it was a complete disappointment. Their communication was terrible, often ignoring my calls and emails. The workmanship was shoddy, with inexperienced workers making constant mistakes. The materials used seemed cheap and unreliable. To top it off, the project ended up costing way more than their initial estimate, and they refused to take responsibility for their errors. Avoid First Class Roofing at all costs – they are anything but "first class.

First class roofing did a first class job on a full roof installation for our home. We had severe wind and hail damage, and they took care of the issue quickly and professionally.

Project managers were on site to make sure the job was completed quickly and properly. They cleaned up and left everything spotless before they left.

The company is certified and fully insured. And they couldn’t have done a better job. Top notch.

First Class did a fantastic job with our home in a historic district of W-S. We worked with Josh and he went above and beyond to make sure that not only our leak was fixed, but did a proper job of fixing some of the damage from leak. Clean up was great, Communication was great, Scheduling went as expected and discussed. Happy we selected them to do our project over other firms.

They promptly came out for an inspection and quoted replacing the asphalt shingles with a metal roof. The job was done about 3 weeks after committing to the project. They completed and cleaned up all in 1 day. It looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Scheduled appointment for a 11am. No one called or showed up. Later that same day at 4pm someone called without any apology or explanation to reschedule for following day at 2pm. No one called or showed up. I called them at 3pm and got weird run around from someone that didn’t ask any information from me...not name or anything. I’m done trying! You’d think they’d want my money? I’m telling everyone to not bother calling them in the first place!

Garbage, these clowns took the gutter guards off to install a roof and never put them back on. I've called multiple times to be told they would come out to fix it and they remain no shows. They also took the guards with them, which im sure got recycled. Pick a more honest company and one that pays attention to the details.

If you are looking for a roofing contractor, look no further! I cannot say enough good things about First Class Roofing. They did a roof replacement on our commercial property and the entire experience was nothing short of top notch.

He is an exceptional employee who really understands the needs and concerns with roof repairs and installation. His service was exceptional and because of him I actually agreed to the purchase.

First Class Roofing just completed our roof and did a five star job. Mary Jane was great to work with and quickly addressed any contingencies that came up during the installation. We had contacted several of the roofing companies that advertise on television for quotes but found that First Class Roofing's price reflected the absence of the expensive advertising some roofers incorporate into their prices. A first class job from First Class Roofing! I typically do all of my own projects. However, due to time constraints, I decided to have a total roof deck & shingle replacement done by a contractor. We had five estimates done. Mary Jane was the most knowledgeable as well as most competitively priced. Deliveries happened as scheduled over the holidays. As promised, right after Christmas, the crew was there tearing off the old decking and putting in the new. The crew was fast, accurate, & professional. The project was done well ahead of schedule and looks great.
