The Premier plumber was very courteous and knowledgeable about the issues I had with my tankless gas hot water heater. They texted me his name and picture when he was on his way and he arrive very promptly after that. Great experience!

Chris Wallace was extremely helpful, answered questions, and made suggestions based on the issues at hand. Also, big thanks to Kathy for working around my schedule. 100% happy with the interaction and will use Premier again.

Steven was very kind although he wasn’t able to finish because the problem needed part change still he was able to explain the probable cause of the AC problem.

EXCELLENT, fast service. I've been trying to get a plumber to my house for 2.5 yrs to fix multiple leaky faucets, with no success, before I called PREMIER. The customer service from initial contact to scheduling the appointment was top notch. I can't say enough kind words about the two service men that came to do the job. They were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! You can't find service like this these days. Not sure if I got lucky or they liked me because I'm a veteran but you guys deserve a big thumbs up! EVERYTHING is fixed and it's the same day I called. The price was beyond reasonable as well. Cheaper thank dinner at Chuck's for sure!!!

Chris did a great job checking out AC unit and troubleshooting the issue to help us with humidity issues at our office. I especially liked getting the text message letting me know he was on his way with a photo of who was coming! Premier Service was the right call!

Had a bad clog in main drain and it was stopping up whole house. They came out on a Sunday and had it fixed in an hour or so. Great service, great people. Love Premier.

Thank you for sending Roman out to diagnose my water leak issue. He did a great job and was so easy to work with!

Our technician came out Saturday night. We called about 8:30 and he was here! He found out what the problem was and fixed it where it would blow cold air until the next day when he could get a new panel for the outside unit. He was polite, very good T explaining the problem and very quickly took care of it! Premier is just the beat there is!!

Dylan was kind, courteous, and professional the entire time. He was even training an apprentice but it never slowed him down. He met or exceeded our time and expectations and price expectations. AC went out again after hours, same as the last time. Premier was on the spot again within half an hour of calling, and got it working again in about 20 minutes. Steven advised what the problem was and provided me with valuable, in depth information toward preventing and/or resolving the issue in the future. Their staff on the phone has always been very cordial and helpful, and have never made us feel like they were anything but super excited to help. All their field techs have been very knowledgable and personable, and we will continue to work with them in the future for all out household needs. There may be cheaper options out there, but the peace of mind we get from knowing Premier will always get the job done right and quick is priceless. Thanks so much Steven and everyone at Premier!

I have used Premier Service Company several times for plumbing and electrical issues. They respond quickly and are very professional and courteous. I could not be more satisfied with the service I receive from Premier.

Mr. Benn Marler was a joy to have as a technician. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about his craft and was very patient in teaching me about the parts in question. He told me the technology behind the parts, explained how they worked, and then he broke down when it would be necessary to purchase them or if it really could wait a few seconds (leave him alone corporate). That honesty will carry him far. If I hade to have another service call from this company, I would hope he would be willing to service my unit once again.
