It 2 calls (during a very stormy season) for them to come out. It was for warranty work and we were not charged. Wow.

Scott Oppelt made himself available for the roof inspection with State Farm twice. I had written down the wrong date the first time. Scott didnt make me feel uncomfortable for the error at all. When the appointment took place, he was there and consulted with the inspector. It was confirmed that I had hail and storm damage. Scott again made himself available with pricing and roof selections. He upgraded my roof to architectural shingles versus the standard shingles which were on my original roof. The work was professional and done in a very timely manner. His follow up/customer service was very good. I recommend this company.
