Repairs on our roof, chimney, front and back entrances, and a complete transformation of our old screened-in deck to a "three season" glassed in area demonstrated the skill and knowledge of Joseph and his staff. We also liked the fact that he stopped by our residence to oversee the job periodically. With all the work that was done, the pricing was fair. My experience with Premier Remodelers was great from beginning to end. I met Joseph at the home expo when I was shopping around for a roofing company. Joseph was very professional, efficient and responsive. They scheduled me in a timely manner and the roof was complete in 8 hours. I am very happy with my new roof and the entire process. The only suggestion I have for the company (and the customer) is to ensure that the foreman takes before and after photos.

5 years ago Joe installed a brand new roof and ridge vent on the house I currently live in, after a recent rain storm my ceiling began to leak. After further investigation it was determined the ridge vent (Premier installed) was not properly installed, causing prolonged water damage to the decking boards underneath the shingles. I called Joe to ask if he could come rectify the improper install, but he is refusing to help, and then tried to charge me an absurd amount of money to fix the issue his company caused.

Joseph and the team at Premier were fantastic, professional from the start. The quality of workmanship along with the expedient response and labor were impressive. From start to cleanup this job was professionally done. Simply outstanding.

We have used Premier Remodelers twice, first for roof replacement a few years ago and then more recently for window replacements. Both times, our experience was great from start to finish. Joseph was very responsive to our requests and requirements and provided us with practical recommendations at fair and reasonable price points and made our decision easy. His crews were very professional and efficient both times and completed the job in a high quality manner in a timely fashion.

The main service we used was siding installation. Joe and his employees were professional, responsive, and completed the project on schedule and with minimal disruption. Premier Remodelers built a beautiful new porch onto our home. Joe Rodriguez had very good suggestions of the right materials needed to accomplish my vision. His crews were all very experienced, cooperative, and cleaned up every day that they worked. His foreman, Mike S. definitely went the extra mile to make everything perfect. Joe had a difficult time, although thru no fault of his own, obtaining the various permits needed which delayed the process and caused him considerable stress. I had Premier Remodelers replace old aluminum siding with vinyl, replace back sliding glass door and window. They did a great job! Joe was great to work with and was able to source materials much sooner than other companies I spoke with. When I decided to have the rest of the existing wood trim wrapped in aluminum in the middle of the job it was no problem and I am very happy with the results. Joe was also willing to look at other bids I had gotten and come in in under. Check out this business if you are looking to make upgrades to your home.

Premier did such an awesome job from consultation to clean up. My roof was a big job and we were very satisfied with all the options and recommendations

Premier Remodelers received a contract to replace siding on my entire home. The contractors performed an exemplary job. Theyi were very methodical and concientious to the point where I complemented as they were working. I would recommend Premier to anyone that needed work done at their home. That tis a broad statement but based upon how they worked at my home I would definitley hire them again.

Joe at Premier Remodelers is great to work with. Very professional and knowledgeable about the work. His pricing beat other estimates I got for a roof replacement. I have solar panels on my roof and had a major issue with solar company about removing the to get a new roof, Joe went above and beyond in helping me find a way to get the solar company to do the right thing. Without Joe's help and suggestions I am not sure the solar company would have cooperated. I would absolutely use Premier again and recommend them to friends and family !

Premier Remodelers replaced my roof and after a solar company came and destroyed my roof. Premier Remodelers helped me to get the solar company to pay to repair the damages to my roof and siding.
