Chris, Tom and Ginger were great. We had a lot of questions as we had not had this kind of work done on our house before, and were understandably a little nervous. They answered our questions in a way we could understand, helped us understand the process, and sought our input frequently. Whenever we weren't sure about something, they took time to help us make decisions and made sure we would be pleased with the finished result. Chris frequently gave us his design ideas, and he has a real eye for what looks nice on a house. We have been getting compliments pretty much nonstop from our neighbors who walk by.

The guys who work on the crew were great. We have a little one who was always interested and watched out the windows while they worked, and they often waved and made a point to let him see what they were doing. He loved it. Additionally, with any construction there are always a lot of moving parts, but the guys made sure they kept things clean and contained, so our youngest could still play around in the yard and we didn't have to worry about sharp objects or danger to him. The crew was very thoughtful and considerate to our family, which I really appreciated.

In terms of cost, I was really grateful that they helped us decide how we wanted things to look, and worked with us to decide on materials that were within our budget. We were nervous about how much everything would cost, but the Jacksons were great at helping us know our options and anticipate what we would spend, how things would look, and how how it would all come together when it was done.

Our house is a little older, so we will likely have more things that need work in the future. The Jacksons will be the first people we call, every time. Can't recommend highly enough.

For 10 years Albert Jackson Inc has worked on repairs, unit emergency calls, and large scale capital projects for the condominium association where I own a property. Additionally they have worked directly for me on several renovations and enhancements to my unit - fixing leaks, updating my windows, redesigning and re-building my kitchen with modern amenities, painting and carpeting various areas, and installing new lighting.

I had Albert J. Jackson, Inc. replace the roof and rain gutters on my house. Repair concrete work on the chimney. And also replace the roof on my detached garage. They inspected all the wood under the old roof and replaced as necessary. They did an excellent job and were able to do all repairs requested in a timely manner. I am extremely pleased with all of the work that was done.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Albert J Jackson, Inc. After experiencing tree damage, they promptly scheduled a walk through to inspect the damage, cover exposed areas, and prepare a proposal for my insurance claim. They sent a crew to re-apply the tarp during the insurance inspection, and started repair work as soon as my claim was resolved. The work was thoroughly and professionally completed without delays, and Tom kept me informed with reports and photos.

Albert Jackson, Inc. have been wonderful to work with. Over the past 5-6 years I’ve worked with them several times to repair wood rot and to make minor repairs. My condo association works with them, which is how I first came to hear of them, and I understand why. Tom is extremely responsive (emails back within hours, even on a Sunday!), and is always very helpful and quick to schedule guys to come out. The guys who have come out are very knowledgeable and have done solid work. If I need to do additional work on my own, I would definitely call them to come do the work and highly recommend this company. It can be intimidating to work with building companies, but these guys have made it easy and relatively painless!

Our relationship with Albert Jackson Inc. began in December 2003 with a roof replacement. At that time, Mr. Albert Jackson walked around the outside of the house, made a few suggestions, and followed up with an estimate. He made calculations simply by looking at the roof. He didn’t take any physical measurements or find it necessary to climb on the roof. When the job was finished, just a handful of shingles were left over. That is an example of the knowledge and experience of the founder of the company. Since then, his family has carried on the business and has continued that degree of professionalism and customer service. Over the last 16+ years, they have pretty much rebuilt our entire house. Albert Jackson Inc. has replaced siding/gutters, doors, a sliding glass door, made repairs to a brick chimney, installed hardwood flooring, and replaced a deck and a small front entry porch. In addition, they completely renovated our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. One bathroom renovation involved removing a tub and custom building a walk-in shower. The quality of their work is superior. The tile work in the bathrooms (especially the walk-in shower in the master bathroom) is impeccable. During the kitchen renovation, we contracted a local artist to paint a 12” x 12” tile to be installed in the wall over the sink. Jackson custom designed a layout so that we could incorporate the painted tile into the kitchen project. The Jackson team is very good at looking at a situation and making suggestions on how to improve and/or enhance your home. Albert Jackson Inc. stands behind their work and stays in touch with you throughout the entire process to guarantee you are 100% satisfied with the final result. The workers are professional and polite. They show up on time and get the job done. I can’t say enough good things about this company. I had to have a patch of my textured style ceiling replaced after dealing with water leakage issues that stemmed from a poorly done siding and all around exterior remodeling job of the condo buildings in my community. After dealing with the construction company for over two years I finally had enough. I was put in contact with Mr. Jackson’s company and they were so nice, the lovely lady on the phone was so lovely and sweet after hearing about the horrible two years. All the stress I had been dealing with was just slowly lifting away after just having a few conversations about how they would move forward with the repairs and what would be done. Brad was the gentleman who was completing the patchwork and he was so sweet and assured me that he would repair and retexture my ceiling to look like the current pattern so that you couldn’t tell any work had been done. He accomplished that job so well even I have trouble sometimes finding where the patch was done. My father couldn’t even figure out where exactly the patch work had been done and that right there is proof of how well they did because he’s been right there with me over the past two years and knew where the part of the ceiling had been replaced. If you ever need any retextured work done, or any type of painting/drywall work, on your ceiling or in your house you definitely need to hire this company! They are the utmost professionals and very respectful and wonderful to work with. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone.

THe roofers from Albert J. Jackson Inc came promptly at 8AM today, after I asked for their help yesterday. They did a very thorough inspection of the roof and fixed some problems that had caused minor leaks. I have dealt with this firm for many decades and have always been satisfied with their work on every project I have asked their help with.

We had 3 different jobs done by Albert J Jackson Inc-all well done. One was removing part of a wall for heat pump access. The second was mudding, painting, and installing crown molding in our family room. The third was redoing the outside of the house-siding, trim, gutters, and replacing 2 windows that were rotting. On all of these jobs, there men were prompt, polite, respectful, and very neat. With the outside job if they found some rotted wood, they told us about-not just covered up. They are very thorough.

And, when something needs fixing, I don’t want a 9-5 fix; I want somebody who’s going to care about fixing MY home as if they were fixing their Own. Well, THAT’S the way Albert Jackson does business! A few years ago, we needed to get major repairs done on our deck. (It happened to be that summer when this area experienced a record breaking heat wave with temperatures ranging between 105 to 110 for days on end.) The Albert Jackson Teams conducted the extensive renovations tirelessly; rebuilding portions of our deck, while correcting dangerous safety flaws that were discovered in the original design. As difficult and exhausting as I’m sure that task had to be, their Teams took it all in stride. The work was perfect, the clean-up complete, and their courteous and professional behavior never wavered!

Recently, I needed to have several windows replaced and, Thankfully, I got Albert Jackson. Their team did such a Great Job, the windows and the surrounding siding actually looks BETTER than New! (Is that possible? Well, YEAH, it's TRUE! They’re absolutely Beautiful!)

Finally, this past New Years, when many were probably preparing to celebrate (or recovering from celebrations), and the weather took a turn toward the ridiculous, I saw them working on the side of a neighbor's condo, with Temps in the low 30's and rain blowing sideways, in order to get a needed repair job Done before the Temps dropped even further that night! We recently had our roof replaced by Albert J Jackson and are very happy with it! During the estimate, Chris found wind damage and helped us through the entire insurance process, which we knew nothing about. He came over to meet the insurance adjuster and showed him all of the damage that he saw, and worked with our insurance company to help us get as much coverage as possible. He really went above and beyond to help us. Also, they were able to replace the roof just a couple of days later. Since I work from home and couldn’t have the noise, they completed it while we were away for the weekend. We came home to a perfect, new roof with no inconvenience to us at all. Thank you!
