Premier Nests just completed a basement finishing project for us in our new home, and the results look great! We had a big space to finish that included an office, bedroom, bathroom, and family room, and they completed it all on time, on budget, and exactly how he wanted it. They kept us updated every step of the way, and Helton was very responsive to all my many questions! My husband worked nights for part of the project, and they were awesome at working around his schedule and tried to limit noise when he was sleeping. Overall a good experience!

We just had our basement demolished and finished and it was a wonderful transformation. The whole process took roughly 2.5 months and every week they were in contact updating the progress and plans for the upcoming week. They were really helpful in providing examples and recommendations to us and were patient despite our indecisiveness. I was never unclear with what was happening in our basement and they were always prepared for any questions had or changed we wanted to discuss. Overall it was a very easy experience for us and the quality of work shows and came with compliments from the inspectors. Super happy with the outcome and strongly recommend Premier Nests.

The Kitchenette turned out even more beautiful than I expected with the stained wood, excellent carpentry and beautiful tile work! Looking forward to having friends and family enjoying time and snacks!

Premier nests originally did a bid for our basement three or four years ago, but we were unable to do the project at the time. Fast forward to December of last year when we finally decided to commit to the project after getting 3-5 bids from other contractors. To put it simply, Premiere made my wife and I feel like they cared more about our basement than competitors. They started the project in mid January and ended the project just a few days ago (about 2 months).

Work done:
-New french door for mainfloor office
-Demoed the basement
-Re-framing
-Moisture barrier
-Insulation
-Dry wall
-Electrical
-New bathroom(vanity, shower, toilet, closet)
-Other little additions that were not in the bid that they threw in at no cost as a "thank you"

PS -- Their carpenter does amazing work.

Their team couldn't have been more friendly and respectful of our home while working here.

Even after the project was finished, there were a few touch ups spots that I pointed out after the final day and they came out the next day and fixed everything at no cost.

We were slow to decide when we were ready to start this project, so we had Premier Nests in mind for over a year. Helton is a true pro and gave us the time and space we needed to be 100% comfortable starting this project.

Compared to other finished basement projects in our area, our finished basement would probably considered pretty cost effecient. Other contractors that we had bids from seemed uninterested or too busy but Premier was genuinely as excited to bring our space to life!

Helton was in constant communication so we always knew what to expect next. There was not a phone call or text that he didn't answer or respond to immediately.

Every trade crew was pleasant & personable & they all speak so highly of Helton as a GC. They all showed pride in their work and genuine excitement for us to be happy with their completed work.
They cleaned up at the end of each day & were always so conscientious of cleanliness. I never felt like my family was living in a construction zone. I love that Premier is a family business and you can see that in the way they cared for our family's daily life while doing construction in our home.

Helton & Kim were so helpful in selections and really understood our goal of having our basement match the style of the rest of our home and helped us through decisions with their knowledge and experience. Helton and his crew were able to successfully convert our vision for our basement finish project into successful execution. The project included leveling the floor for tile, plumbing for the new bathroom, drywall ( we requested 5/8 drywall instead of 1/2 ), installing new electrical sub panel due to car charger that was installed in garage at the same time, taking on changes from me that you can only determine after seeing the project come to life (thanks for the additional light at the bottom of the stairs Helton!) carpet including the tile transitions, we are not easy homeowners to work with, demanded a high quality product and Premier Nests and their team delivered!

Helton and his team did a FANTASTIC job with finishing our entire basement. We had them do some custom work with our cabinets for a dry bar as well as under our TV as well. The craftsmanship is phenomenal. Helton is as responsive as you'll get- you'll get a response very quickly after you reach out to him. He's very communicative about timelines and has a high quality crew. He's a very hands-on contractor and is around the work site very often to ensure high quality work. We hired Premier Nests to finish the basement of our home. We chose them based on pictures of their previous projects, the timeline in which they said they could complete the work, their highly competitive cost quote, and the fact that they are local to our community. We are so pleased with how the project went and the finished product! The general contractor was in constant communication with us on how the project was progressing and when work was scheduled to be done. He was also great about responding to any questions we had and accommodating some special requests. Premier Nests went above and beyond to ensure quality, as well. For example, the bathroom vanity top we chose ended up with some scratches in it. This was brought to our attention by the contractor and was replaced with an even better product/material within a few days (and at no additional charge). Our project was finished within the timeframe stated in the contract and it's beautiful! We are so happy to have this additional space in our home!

We wanted to get our basement finished for years, but after multiple quotes from other companies that seemed outrageous, we almost gave up. Luckily, we found Premier Nests.

Helton and his crew were easy to work with from beginning to end. They were capable of developing the plan on their own, but they patiently took our input throughout the process. There were some delays in the process - this can be expected with any big project. However, Helton was very good about communicating and working to expedite things where possible. They did little things to show that they cared about the results and our family.

We love the finished product. The extra space for our family has been amazing and we have no regrets choosing Premier Nests. We highly recommend them for anyone considering a project big or small.
