Premier Building Solutions did a fantastic job re-caulking, repairing grout, sanding, and re-painting (touchups) our cottage interior. They also rebuilt our crawlspace exterior doors and replaced our backyard gate with one that has a house door lock (something I couldn’t get a top rated fence company to do because they couldn’t figure out how). All the work was top quality; they also cleaned up everything after repairs. The entire job was completed in a day. Hands down, the best handyman/construction service we’ve ever used!

Bryan and his crew did a great job removing our fireplace and capping the chimney (No more trapped birds!!!). They also matched the flooring and put that in. We would use them again if the need arises.

We had Premier Building Solutions open a wall to create an open concept. This job was a bit of work as it was an outside wall made of brick. Which separated the house from an added on part of the house.
