Howard and the team at Precision were great to work with. They are personal, friendly, and provide excellent service. They were timely, did an excellent job, cleaned up, and addressed every area I had concerns about.

I had shopped estimates around a few places, and not only was the pricing better with Precision Siding and Windows, but Howard shared his knowledge about alternative window choices, and I am delighted with both the large picture window and the smaller bedroom that he had installed. Looking forward to replacing other windows in the coming year and I will be using Precision Siding and Windows again.

We had used Precision Siding a few years back and when we decided to finally replace the original windows in our home that was built in the 1940’s, we reached out to Howard to see what they could do for us. Additionally we needed to have porch posts wrapped. He took the time to walk us through the process, showed us the windows that would be used, discussed the advantages and benefits of the windows and answered all our questions. He didn’t try to promise more than they could deliver which made our expectations met throughout the entire process. Once the job started they were professional, courteous and very aware of any concerns we had. Any time we had questions or needed clarification their response time was almost immediate. We’re very happy with the windows and the porch looks a million times better. It’s amazing to be able to open windows after all this time! If we need siding or windows in the future we won’t hesitate to call Howard and Mark again.

Mark Briggs provides excellent service. I called him at 10o’clock about siding I damaged. He had the problem fixed by one.

We knew when we bought our house that the siding would have to be replaced. Precision Siding had done an estimate before our purchase and we had that on hand. We did go ahead and get bids from a few other places but both my husband and I found our trust was with Precision. We were very happy and satisfied with the whole process of the new siding and the windows we had replaced. The crew was professional and kind and their work is outstanding. Precision put all new windows in my house in 2004. They did an amazing I haven’t had any issues with the windows. Then over the weekend one
of the the metal pieces broke in the window. When I called them this morning they were out to my house within the hour. Amazing service. They didn’t know if they had the part, the windows are old. He went and found the piece I needed, Back within 2 hours. One of my other windows was stuck, took it apart and fixed it. This was a total of four hours that all of this took place.This is the best part, no charge. If your planning on getting new windows I definitely would call Precision Siding & Windows. Judy Reynolds
