We had an excellent experience. Out of the three quotes we got for the roof, Eric was the only one who went up into the attic to check the decking. We felt he was very honest and straight forward. No sales pitch. Halfway through the job, we got an update. When it was completed, David met us, went up on the roof and made sure everything was done correctly. Plus, people answer the phone! Thank you for a wonderful job!

I had a section of gutter that was damaged by a tree. They quickly came in and replaced that section. Nice job, reasonable cost.

Precision Roof and Gutters did out roof a year and a half ago. They did an outstanding job. This year I wanted to address the moss issues we had and inquired if they did moss removal. So, I had them treat and remove our moss. As I expected they again did an excellent job t a reasonable cost. Thanks again for a great job.

This company offers great professional service. Mr. Eric Prom did a free and comprehensive estimate for replacing my roof. He got in the attic for a detailed inspection and explained to me all the problems he found. Even I haven't use their service yet, I still recommend this company

We had a great experience with Precision. We were able to get the work done very quickly. We had an overflowing gutter and the other company we got a quote from tried to sell us on extra, unnecessary repairs. Precision didn’t try to upsell and their gutter cleaning package included some extras the other company wanted to charge us more for (replacing some loose screws). Precision’s work has now gone through several big storms and it has held up perfectly. And they were right, we didn’t need the extra work the other company tried to sell us on.

Doug is a great estimator/coordinator to work with and went out of his way to meet my gutter needs. The crew was very seamless in delivering their work, punctual, and did everything we expected in a very professional manner. I will thin of these guys when/if I need more roof/gutter work

I'm extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of work of Precision. We just had our entire roof and gutters replaced and they were very communicative throughout the process, willing to work with our schedule, and very flexible given they had to do this during the fall when rain comes every other day.
Doug, Ben, and David all were very thorough and detail-oriented, going as far as having some parts redone that were not up to their standards; I appreciate it when contractors don't cut corners to get something done ASAP. They were all very helpful and answered all our questions along the way.

We had a great experience with our roof and gutter replacement. What we thought would be a fairly simple, straightforward project turned out to be a massive undertaking. Our old house had some issues to say the least but all of the contractors and experts they brought in were great to work with and in the end, the house looks fantastic. Their crew was polite and easy to work with and they minimized disruption to my neighbors as best as they could. The staff was commutative and friendly and helped coordinate with all of the additional work required. Highly recommend!

Nick worked with my insurance company and helped me through what could have been a very stressful experience. Thanks to him, it was as easy as it could possibly be for me. Doug, Ariel and the gutter installation crew were great to work with. Great communication as we worked through options and scheduling. Prompt. Crew arrived a little early and started at exactly 8am. Knocked it out in a morning and cleaned up everything before they left.

I saw a water stain on my living room ceiling and knew that I needed expert help. Precision Roofing came promptly and diagnosed a cracked roof vent. They put it on their schedule to fix and then made a temporary repair to prevent additional water from coming in. They came back and made the permanent repair on schedule. Everyone was very nice. I will call Precision Roofing when it is time to re-roof.

We had a tree land on our roof and Precision Roofing was out that same day (late on a Saturday afternoon) to tarp our roof. They were fast, efficient and keep the rain out of house!

UPDATE: Since I posted my original review the company contacted me willing to give me different options to help me out, Broke reach out and offer me the best option for my situation so I decided to change my review from 1 to 3 starts.

I hired them to replace my gutters, less than a month later it was on the ground. I could see some brackets where more than 40in apart which is not up to code. They didn't want to replace it because it snowed the weekend that it felt. They finally came with a really bad attitude and said that the fact it wasn't properly installed wasn't the issue, but that the wood was rotten, well why didn't you notify me about this issue before installation? Then they wanted me to pay as much to replace it than for the gutter (which I didn't, I got someone else to install the wood) when they came to replace the gutter (again with a really bad attitude) the didn't screw all the brackets so I had to call them again. Since the installation I had had a leak on my downspout (again no proper installation) and I just won't call them to fix it because I rather not have to deal with them

They did a great job. Full tile roof removal, plywood replaced and Gutters all done in 1 week. Also had some storm damage to the gutters and they came out quickly and replaced 80 ft from ice damage. Really hard workers.

Precision did some roof repairs for me. They were on time and did a good job. Their prices were very fair. I will use them again.

Had a downspout that was prone to clogging with pine needles and needed a solution. I worked with Ariel and Jim, both of them had stellar communication start to finish and were excellent to work with. The evaluation was quick and professional, and so was the install. It completely resolved the problem and I'd be happy to work with them again.

I tried three other gutter repair businesses places who would not call me back. Precision is extremely responsive, clear, friendly, and timely. Everything went exactly to budget and specification. I had one small change order and it was easy. I am very happy with my new gutters and would recommend Precision Roofing and Gutters!

Decided to get a complete gutter replacement for front/back of home and also the shed. Doug came by to inspect, measure and provide a price quote. The complete quote was emailed the next day. Was given a January 4, 2024 install time. Thought this was a little too far out, but was placed on the wait list for possible earlier cancellations. About two weeks later, received a call stating my install date had been moved up to November 16. Had two missed calls on November 8, but no voice mail message. Called back to find out the install date had been moved to November 9. Wish I had known this a little sooner.

Was given an 8 am to 10 am arrival window. Installers arrived around 930 am and finished around 130 pm. Overall, extremely pleased with the end result.

As a female GC I'm meticulous about the partners I work with. For our company quality of work, professionalism, and overall client experience is the top priority. The precision team was helpful, informative, responsive, and did everything they said they were going to do. I will be using them for many projects to come!

We had a great experience with Precision Roofing! Easy and reasonable people to work with from initial contact to follow up communications after completion. We also recommended them to our daughter when she needed a roof and they gave her great service to! We'll continue to recommend them anytime someone we know needs roof service.

Great experience from the helpful and knowledgeable consultation, the scheduling & accounting staff were super helpful and friendly and the final product installation which was done by two professionals who made sure everything was perfect.

Last December several trees fell on our roof. After all the debris was cleared we got a quote from the previous roofing company we've used. The quote wasn't going to bring everything back the way it was prior to the incident and they were not willing to do it. After hearing a lot of positive comments we decided to ask Precision Roofing for a quote. Nick, with Precision Roofing, showed up, we went over what we wanted and expected. Nick took that information and provided us with a quote that meet all of our wants and desires at a very competitive price.

We decided to move forward with Precision Roofing and they blew our expectations out of the water. The crew installing the roof was extremely professional. When the job was done they provided us with before and after pictures, and brought the roof up to current building code.

Since this was our first time replacing a roof using insurance we didn't know what to expect. They helped walk us through the process and answer any question we could come up with. They made this process painless.

The replacement was done after the painting. The job Precision did was flawless. I waited for rain before writing this review to see how the water flows. It's a beautiful thing. They look great and work better than any gutter system I have. The downspout clean out is the best.

We needed our roof replaced. Contacted two companies and we ultimately went with precision. I am very happy we did. The crew was very prompt and efficient. Tear off took one day and the reroof took another 1/2 day. We are very pleased with the results. Color of the roof is Georgetown grey.

I most highly recommend Ben and his crew of professionals @ Precision Roofing & Gutters in Tigard . They reroofed the 29 carports for our condominium complex . And replaced 2 sections of gutters on 2 of our residential buildings . They are my go to roofers for all of my future projects as maintenance chair of this H.O.A. in King City .

We used Precision for a new roof and gutter project. Right from the start, the company was clear, communicative and timely with their services, initial inspection, and invoice information. We had a roof that was leaking. After getting quotes from a few different places, we settled on having Precision perform the repair. They did a great job with the repair, were easy to work with, and responded really well when we had a bit of confusion. Would definitely work with them again.

This is my second time I have used them to install gutters. The first was great and the second was quick and painless. I would recommend them for another project.

Nick and Alejandro with their crew replaced a 30 year old flat roof with new material. They also had to tear off and Repair two portions of the roof and a valley. They were quite professional and patient in explaining any questions I had. This was the second time I used Precision for another part of the roof on this1905 house. A very satisfactory performance.

Inspection/estimate was professional and decisive - it wasn't clear to me if I had a roof problem or a gutter problem. Because they handle both, I felt I got the best advice. There were pretty booked up so I had to wait to get the estimate, but it happened when promised. The actual installation was booked earlier than estimated (a good thing). Crew seemed efficient, was polite, cleaned up and everything appears to be installed with a high quality. I'll also note that they were able to match my old-ish gutters, so I didn't have to replace the whole front of the house, which is a huge plus and cost savings vs another estimate I got. I'd use Precision again.

Work was done well and in a timely manner. Company allowed me to participate in an inspection of the job upon completion. I enjoyed working with Rodney throughout the process of pricing and completion of the roof repair, installation and gutter installation.

Precision came to inspect, repair the roof’s base layer and install a new roof. They work they did was very professional. The few hiccups with installation, aren’t there always some, we’re taken seriously and handled until they were resolved. I recommend them for your project without reservation.

We had a storm blow water in through one of our roof vents in November, and our roof was put on new in 2020 by another company. This resulted in thousands of dollars of drywall and shiplap damage that required a home insurance claim. We called precision since my parents used them for their new roof a few years back and they came to the rescue! Nick and team came out, knew exactly what to fix, and recommended a few other improvements that we needed like a chimney cricket which we were lacking for diverting water away from pooling around our chimney. We have had several storms since their repair and have had no issues. Can't go wrong with precision!

Our roofing project with Precision Roofing was a homeowners dream! It’s always a bit nerve-racking to choose a company for home improvements, weighing cost vs satisfaction. Is the company competent? Professional? Respectful? Is there Value? Precision Roofing is all that and more! I had complete peace of mind the entire project and that says it all. Hardworking crew Brandon, Manuel, Tomas, and Leo were all friendly and capable... working diligently in less than ideal weather. From top to bottom our experience was all positive and I’m soooo glad we chose this company.

EDIT - Apparently my inquiry via their website was missed. Things happen. The important bit was they called me and we got everything straightened out. They were apologetic, kind and gave me a discount. Mistakes happen, how they are dealt with shows my how good a companies customer service is.

Updated: In my initial review I was disappointed by the work from Precision Roofing. After my review they reached out to me and came out the following day to fix the issue.

I wish they had gotten everything right the first time, but I give them a lot of credit for their effort setting things straight.

Precision Roofing and Gutter were very responsive. Came out very quickly and got us an estimate. When it came time to do the repairs they were on time and we barely knew they were there. We were very happy and we will use them again.

The workers did a good, thorough inspection, complete with pictures. Management followed up via email and phone, outlining the problems and providing a detailed bid. I think it is good evidence to be able to claim replacement under warranty.

They were quick and did a good job replacing my roof. However, attention to detail was a bit lacking. Specifically, they backed over my mailbox on the first day and not only didn't tell me about it but never offered to fix it or compensate me for the cost of my fixing it.

Have had two issues since I posted this initial review, and both times have been ignored/blown off by the company. Definitely don't recommend, lowering from 3 to 2 stars.

Rodney is amazing. He was there every step of the way and ensured that the job was completed, as agreed. I was always able to contact him and received immediate responses. Installers Jim and “the kid” (oops, forgot his name) were efficient and ensured job was done right. They we’re all great and I appreciated their workmanship and commitment to a job done right!

I used precision to replace our shake roof a few months ago and thought they did a great job. The entire team was very professional and responsive. I had received conflicting information from three other entities and Precision were the ones to solve the mystery and provide the needed adjustments. Disappointed. I called multiple times, it wasn’t until the 3rd time calling that someone answered. I asked for a quote, the estimator showed up late, was rude and took days to finally send me a quote. I liked the office person I spoke with the first time but when I called back with question they seemed annoyed and did not answer any questions I had. Not professional.

I recently used Precision to replace my roof and add ridge vents. The salesperson was very helpful and explained the process very well. Due to the rain there was some delays but once the work started the crew did a good job. They worked really hard, answered any questions we had and cleaned everything up once the job was complete. They even worked in the rain as the weather was not cooperating. I would definitely use this company again if I ever needed another roof and recommend them to anyone!

Some disruption during 2021 COVID due to initial quote personnel leaving the company. After I was able to get back in touch with main office, the work was scheduled and completed within reasonable time frame.

I really have nothing but wonderful things to say about Precision roofing and gutter. From the staffing, the quality of work, to the owner himself. I will be honest, this review should have go up a while go, but choose to go through Precision for our brand new roof and gutter due not only pricing, but really how they made us feel. On day one we felt no pressure and more like we were part of a family. Making us feel at ease, taking time to talk about options, walking us through every step of the process. Something that I would try to do to with my own family if they ever needed help with anything. Being there. Then came the first day of construction, the tearing off of the roof. Oh boy were we in for some pleasant surprises with how affordable wood has been lately. But Precision was there. Taking us through the steps. Doing what they could to provide us with the best possible product with out trying to break the bank. Shopping around for us for the best possible price for all of the sheets of plywood we were about to purchase. During the construction all members of the team were an absolute delight to talk to. Letting us know when they were coming and going so we could let our dogs back out if they needed to use the gates. Then skipping forward to the end product. Perfection. We absolutely love our new roof and gutters. We could not be happier. But really, the best part of the story for me, was the end. Sure we had a few hiccups along the way, most projects do. But it was when we had our hiccup, the owner personally came out and talked to us about thr issue. This was amazing, knowing we were not just an order number to them or him. I would with out a doubt recommend Precision roofing and gutter to anyone and everyone that is in the market for a new roof or gutters. Professionally, security, and pricing is what I drove us to choosing them.

This last February a huge Ice & wind storm hit the Portland Metro area. West Linn was hit the hardest. Calling around to see who could come and provide a quote and looking for reliable companies, I stumbled upon Precision Roofing. I was in awe of the highly rated reviews so I gave them a call. The gentleman who arrived at the house was INCREDIBLE and so knowledgeable. Lately I feel other companies tell you what you want to hear and drag their feet while over charging you. I received a quote later that evening and felt the bid was align with others but stated they were using the Malarkey Roofing System. I contacted my insurance company adjuster and told them this is who I wanted to work. My adjuster told me a few things needed to be revised/lowered as I would be receiving an “upgrade” as the Malarkey Roof would be a big upgrade. When I got back to the sales associate he very kindly asked if he could speak with the adjuster and stated this wasn’t an upgrade… it was a NEED to have being I have huge trees surrounding the property. I liked not having to be the middle man, so I contacted the adjuster and informed him Precision wanted to go over some things on the estimate. The following day the roof was approved and they got me on the hectic schedule!! Words cannot express the appreciation for what the sales manager said to my insurance…. When he broke it down to me, it made sense. Every home needs a different type of roof because you have to take in consideration what climate, what’s around you, the rainfall and so much more. I thank them for getting me such a great upgrade!

Everything went in stages and was very smooth. Watching the roofers work, these guys are solid professionals who take the time to do it right. They didn’t rush through the work, I watched layers and layers that went onto the house that were mind blowing. The gutters were installed shortly after the roof was put on. This was one good looking roof!

Their office manager Brooke is AMAZING and kept me in the loop of what and when to expect jobs to be completed. She had to take on such a huge amount of clients overnight who also were needing roof repairs & installation. I’m not sure how she does it each day but she is just as outstanding as the entire team. I appreciated her prompt & polite text responses and helpful reminders! I can’t say enough about this establishment… they went above and beyond. I stand back and look at this incredibly sharp new roof & gutters!

My new house gave us quite the surprise! When we decided to get the gutters replaced, we found out there was a lot of unexpected damage behind them as well as an improperly installed roof from the previous owners that led to a lot of leaks. What was going to be a quick gutter job turned out to be an full roof tear off, a ton of plywood needed to be replaced and complete gutter replacement. Precision got the job completed in a pinch. Install was done quickly and they did a great job. Very pleased with the finished product.
