Unfortunately, our experience with Precision Enterprises Construction (Jordan Boutte) was not a good one. A job he promised would take only 1 – 1.5 days at most, took about 2 weeks and was extremely sloppy and incomplete. The tile he installed was crooked and the grout and caulking were poorly applied, as well. He used 2 different colors of grout and two different colors of caulk, and left large gaps in between the tiles. The grout was clumped up in the corners and the wall paint was so badly messed up we will have to repaint. The very first time we used the shower, the glass door fell completely off due to being reinstalled incorrectly. Fortunately, no one was hurt. We asked him to come back and fix it correctly but he refused, insisting that nothing was wrong. Never in 13 years until now has the door fallen off the hinges. Not only did he refuse to fix the door, he refused to fix the lousy tile job. We cannot believe that someone would leave such a messy job and call it finished. Not only will it cost a good bit more than we already paid him to have his sloppy work redone, we will have to purchase additional tiles to replace the ones that will need to be removed in order to correct his substandard work. I would recommend that if you need a tile job done, you do NOT hire this man. I certainly will never do so again. He is totally incompetent, unethical, and unprofessional.

Jordan did a full shower install for me followed by a backsplash install. He did incredible work and very quickly. I like the warranty that comes with his work but the most telling thing was that a month after the install we noticed a small chip in one tile. He came out and took care of it on a Saturday! I can't recommend highly enough.

Had the most amazing experience with this company. I was referred by my plumber at Right Price Plumbing. Jordan was able to help me bring my vision to fruition seamlessly. We set a date and he kept all his promises. There were no surprises at all and demo/install was completed in a few days. Precision is fitting for his company name because he pays so much attention to detail. I’m still in awe with the completed project. Quality work, Professional, courteous, tidy, prompt, precise, responsive.

Jordan does great work. Would recommend him to do anything that needs repaired or installed from flooring to ceiling’s. Great work
