They have at least two of anything you would need to do any project. I drove over from Basin, WY. because they had an Air Conditioner in Stock that the Worland store didn't have. I was in a rush to get it installed before the heat came.
Great Service, Friendly Atmosphere.
Honestly disappointed. Twice now I have had issues with this store. First time cashier I had was disrespectful. I had coupons on the app I wanted to use and she said she couldn’t scan them. I then placed an online order a few months later hoping for the best. I was wrong they were kind enough to call and say certain items weren’t in stock and I said okay cancel those then I’ll just take what you have in stock. Nope six hours later order is still not ready and I had finally just canceled my request. I’d rather drive the 45 minutes to cody ace hardware moving forward. Very disappointed in the store itself as it is closer to me.
As a company Ace has lost my business. Was told today at store bought items need to be returned at original store. What’s the point of a branded store if each location is considered individually. I will drive the 1.5 hours to Billings over 5 minutes to Ace, rather than giving this company any more money for their overpriced goods and inconvenient policies.
