We chose Harvell Construction to build our family home after struggling to find a suitable existing property in Powell that fit our needs and budget. The new development and build option in Cottonwood Village Subdivision was appealing, especially after seeing the quality of their finished homes. Chad made the process very easy, and we felt comfortable moving forward after one phone call.
Our home balances style, comfort, and functionality. We worked closely with Chad to modify the floor plan to maximize our budget and square footage, and his guidance and expertise were what we needed. The open floor plan is what we wanted and functions well for our family.
The design team ensured our desires were met through constant communication and a well-organized process. We were presented with a wide range of options for construction items and finishes, and our opinions were always welcomed and considered. They strived to deliver what we wanted within our schedule and budget.
The construction team was equally impressive. They finished within the discussed build time, completing our home in approximately six months. The smooth construction process, with very few issues, is a compliment to their skill and efficiency.
The large living areas, spacious laundry room, generous garage, and ample lot size make our home ideal for our growing young family.
We are very satisfied with the overall quality and craftsmanship of our home. Trent and Louis's attention to detail is evident throughout, and the quality achieved at a price point as such is great for the Powell area.

In May of 2024 I purchased Chad Harvell's signature home that was the beginning of the subdivision. Although, I purchased the model it felt like it was designed specifically for me. The black and white farm style with all the custom features including a trayed beamed ceiling, black and white tile floors, soaking tub in master, custom closets, built in's, gourmet kitchen down to the smallest detail made it feel like home to me. The quality, workmanship and style are amazing. This home is quiet and very energy efficient. Chad's crew responds immediately to any issues that arise. (Sometimes even in 5 minutes) I can't thank Harvell Construction enough for allowing me to purchase this beautiful home.

We recently purchased a Harvell Contruction Home and let me tell you, we have an absolutely beautiful home. The attention to detail is crazy, from the stone backslash in the kitchen, the tiled floors and the amazing wood trim accents throughout the house. This home is truly amazing. It is also energy efficient and very well insulated. We couldn't be happier. Thanks to Chad and the Harvell Construction team for giving us such an amazing home.
