Over recent years we frequently had some leaking on our enclosed porch particularly where the lower part of the roof met the wall. This past fall the leaks advanced to a new level of flooding where multiple large trash baskets were needed to catch the water coming in.
Porcayo Construction was recommended to us by a neighbor of our son who lives nearby. The neighbor recommended them saying they had completed several jobs on his house and all of them were done extremely well.
After talking with Mario and his team, he agreed to fix our roof which ended up being completely redone in November 2023. Even the gutters and downspouts were replaced.
Since the repairs were completed we have endured several major downpours that flooded our yard, but not a drop came into the porch from the roof.
We are so happy with their work that were are contemplating another project this spring and hope that they will take the job.
