NO SHOW FOR INSURANCE ADJUSTER
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
When they tarped the roof, Ponderosa covered ALL the vents, causing a serious fire hazard. Charged $3900 for the tarp work, then no show for the insurance adjuster. Stopped returning my calls and texts once they got paid. They have no concern for their customers

Called after the storm because I had a leak in the garage and hallway. They responded within 2 days and temporarily fixed it. I’m still waiting for the adjuster to replace the roof. I appreciate the quick response. Look forward to feeling whole again to stop any more damage. Thank you!

Ponderosa roofing was able to get me a quote very fast and very reasonable. Once I choose a color they were able to start right away. The crew work extremely hard and very professional.

Ponderosa Roofing was awesome to work with. Quick turn around on my quote for my new roof. They arrived within a few days of me signing the agreement and the roof was tore off and replaced in a couple days and looks awesome.

Ponderosa Roofing came out to check on a leak in our roof. They came out the same day we called and had the problem fixed within the next day. They were very nice, honest, and offered a great price.
