We feel really fortunate to have found PNW Roofing to replace the roof of our shed. Initially we were supposed to have another roofer (Island Roofing in Freeland) do the job but that roofer kept postponing and promising he'd be out soon to do the work all through the dry months until we were stuck with the rain and nobody to replace our leaking roof. I called around and everyone was dramatically more expensive than our original bid. Alfredo from PNW Roofing came out and not only was able to give us a firm date for when his crew could start in a couple of weeks, he was also willing to match our lowest price quote. His team showed up on the date as promised and worked hard in the pouring rain and cold temperatures, putting on our metal roof and installing the skylights with close attention to detail. They also were meticulous in their cleanup. Alfredo came out to check the work and made sure we were happy with the job. We'd highly recommend PNW Roofing.

I would hire PNW Roofing again. They replaced some fascia boards for me, patched some holes in the rubber lining my built-in gutters, and corrected a bad design in the trim boards for those gutters. Both Alfredo and Ana were responsive to my questions, and when I had follow up requests, they made sure everything was taken care of. The work areas were kept tidy at the end of every day.

This company was subbed out to do the roofs on my apartments and their employees not only left all there garbage strung all over the apartments then one of there employees hit my car with their work van an all of sudden couldn't speak English. When my wife an I contacted your offices you were rude and unprofessional. I hope your company fails with the idiotic employees you subout to!! Oshawa was called as was l&I for not only making it unsafe for the residents but your employees don't even harness off I can't wait to watch one of em fall

It's proven harder than I expected to find someone to help out with a leak into a bedroom room on our metal roof. PNW Roofing was super responsive. They came out quickly for a free quote, took pictures which he provided to me, and I felt did a very thorough job assessing what could be causing the leak. We discussed a temporary waterproofing fix, with a larger fix in the summer when the roof isn't so slippery. After discussing with my counterpart PNW Roofing was out two days later, the week before Christmas, to provide the necessary WPing so we don't have to worry about rot until a more complete repair can be made.

Ana in the office was quick and polite. We're definitely planning to have them back in the summer to make the major necessary repair! Thanks for easing our minds that we don't need to panic every time it rains!!!

I was having crawl space and roofing issues at my house and did not know who to go through to get these issues fixed. I Googled and scheduled an estimate with another crawl space company. The estimate was over $30k and they could not start for months! I had to decline the estimate as this was just too much! I did not know what to do as I could not afford $30k just for my crawl space! I found PNW Roofing and Crawl Space on the internet and decided to give them a call. Ana was so kind and receptive and Alfredo came out for an estimate in two days! He looked at both the crawl space and roof issues and sat down and talked to me about what he had found. The estimate for my crawl space and roof repair was so reasonable I signed the estimate right away. The PNC Roofing and Crawl Space team came out the next week and were very professional. They completed both the crawl space and roof in one day! I was so happy and I recommend their services to everyone of my friends and I will use them again when it's time for a new roof!!

PNW should be your company of choice when it comes to needing a new roof. We requested an estimate and they were on site within 48hrs and the proposal followed shortly after that. The install was professional and complete, there was no garbage, nails and materials left behind which was awesome as we have a daughter and two goldens that are always playing outside. When it comes time for a new roof on the shop they will be the ones!

The PNW crew arrived promptly and proceeded to do a very thorough job of repairing my 18 year old shingle roof. They repaired and sealed several areas that were leaking or had the potential to leak and replaced shingles where needed. They located the area that was leaking into my house and when they were finished, they cleaned up very nicely. They were in and out in half a day. I would highly recommend PNW for roof repair, maintenance and replacement.

I had several issues with my roof since I bought my house. I had a few big leaks and needed flashing installed since it was not properly installed. PNW Roofing has been great. They gave me fair quotes on the work, and have done a fantastic job on the repairs. They were quick to come out during heavy rains to fix leaks before more serious damage could occur.

The others used drones. They were reasonably priced and completed the job at the price they bid. No hidden costs added.

PNW responded within one day of my request for an estimate for replacing the insulation in my crawl space, and they were very thorough in their inspection. The job was scheduled almost immediately, and the work was completed within a day and a half. They provided before and after photos. They were professional, friendly, detailed, and their price was competitive. I would definitely use them again for other projects.

From the onset PNW was great. I got a same day inspection by Alfredo, and then a timely quote from Ana. The guys (Julio and Pero) showed up right on time and replaced half of my garage roof and installed all new flashing and valleys, repaired my leaky gutter, and cleaned the roof and gutters.
The job they did was superlative, I could not be happier. This group of people are hard working professionsals. I highly recommend them for any service they provided. Really good!

Alfredo and Ana were great to work with. Answered every question I had (many). VERY fair pricing not an inflated bid because someone thought we’d pay it. The workers were polite, professional and cleaned up every day. They started exactly when they said they would and finished on time. Worked around the June rain and zero issues with water. Alfredo came by to inspect the work at least every other day. He took care of a couple of things that they identified along the way because “it needed to be done”, did not come to me with additional costs, granted they were small items but important. I highly recommend them and will use them as soon as my other two buildings require a reroof!

Alfredo explained the job in detail, took before and after photos for our insurance and is so nice. I highly recommend them for any roofing, insulation or crawl space work.

We replaced the entire roofing and insulation of the house with PNW, and are very satisfied with the job! We requested 10 quotes from different companies, PNW's quote is most reasonable in terms of quality & pricing. They are prompt in responding to questions on quotes, and came out twice before the job to send samples. Alfredo pointed out a few more items such as repairing part of my gutter and trim off tree branches next to my house without the extra charges. The entire job started and finished on time (on the insulation project, they actually stayed late to make sure insulation is finished by night). We are so glad to have a brand new roof right before the first snow!

PNW roofing replaced my entire roof. They were flexible and willing to work with me (and my HOA) as we selected the roof material. They were one of the only companies to actually come to the house and get on the roof prior to giving me a quote. They actually found an issue with the chimney the other companies missed and fixed the issue during the roof replacement. The crew did a great job and I am happy with the final project.
