I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with KM&M roofing.. I am a first time home buyer. Upon buying my home I figured my inspection was not as accurate as I hoped and I actually had about a year or two left with my roof. I noticed shingles falling off because of the harsh ice this winter. I came home to a wet upstairs from a leaks and patiently waited on the nice warmer weather. Kyle made the process seamless and eased a lot of my anxiety. Kyle was communicative and stayed in contact with me prior and during install. Kyle was also great with staying in communication with my dad who wanted to be apart of this process. Him and I appreciate that.

Pricing : I received a very reasonable quote but due to the age of my room there was a possibly of needing all new plywood. Kyle made me very aware of that so there was no surprise expenses unlike some other companies. Included in this price: warranties and ice/rain Barriers and a dumpster and many other things!

My roof came out amazing and I received pictures throughout the day and updates which were very nice! His crew left no debris honestly couldn’t even tell anyone was ever throwing old shingles off my room LOL! If you need a new roof don’t hesitate give Kyle a call!

We had a new roof and gutters put on by KM&M Roofing this past week and I have never seen such hard working roofers. In the 85 degree heat they took off the old shingles and put on new shingles all in one day. They cleaned up everything and left our yard spotless. They installed the gutters today and did a great job.

Pricing for both the roof and gutters was a very good price. All in all we are so happy with KM&M Roofing!

The work and price was good. He overcharged me and it has been over a month and I still have not received a refund. There is an absolute lack of communication on the owners behalf. We had km&m replace our roof. Kyle was responsive to any questions we had and his team was timely with replacing our roof and cleaning up the debris from the construction. I originally thought replacing the roof would be a long and tedious project, but with km&m it only took a day. It was definitely an easier and efficient project with km&m.

Great price. Good work. Replaced roof and 3 skylights. I was anticipating having to redo some trim work around the skylights because I couldn’t find the exact size for one of them. KM&M did find the right ones and was very pleased with the workmanship.
As they took off the shingles they found some damaged plywood. They took pictures and kept me updated. This, expectedly, led to the job taking a a little longer but they cleaned up each night and still kept the job under budget. Would highly recommend.

I just got my entire roof replaced including the plywood under it by KM&M Roofing. When I was getting quotes (I got four) Kyle came to my house and he was knowledgeable and straight forward. He was not the “salesman” other people were, which meant a lot to me. He brought a drone to take video/pictures of my roof in real time which made me able to see all the things that were wrong with it immediately. The quote he gave me was reasonable and i received it via email within a day. I chose his company because I appreciated his efficiency, respect, and very reasonable price. Four days later they started on my roof. They got the entire job done in 2 days!! It looks beautiful! They cleaned up everything on my property really well. All of my neighbors will be calling them when they need a new roof because they saw how quickly they worked! I am so glad I contacted them (I saw their ad on Instagram of all places)! After getting three estimates, I decided to go with KM&M Roofing. Mr. Murgo came to my house, observed, and evaluated my roof. I had a great experience with Kyle and his roofing company. During the purchase process Kyle provided me with a detailed inspection and quote on my roof to help me with my negotiations. He wasn’t pushy and his price was great. Once I closed on the property, I contacted Kyle and he scheduled my installation immediately. On the day of install, the crew was great. Despite being home, I received pictures near real time of with updates on anything that was found once while removing the roof and how they would remedy the situation. The install was completed in what felt like a few hours! Overall it was a great process and im extremely impressed.

This company was a pleasure to work with. Kyle showed up on time--to the minute!!--for all appointments, was very knowledgeable and was always available to answer questions or offer opinions. Given the high cost of materials, I was pleased that the price came in at just around what I had hoped to spend. The workers showed up at 7 am and were there until almost 8:30 at night. They returned the following day and did a wonderful job of cleaning everything up. It's a relief to have the job done and to know it was done correctly, not to mention that it looks great!
