Platinum Touch recently completed a full first floor remodel for us. This includes removing a wall to increase the footprint of our kitchen, a full bathroom remodel, and replacement of all trim and doors. I had my own ideas about design, but Platinum helped when I needed ideas. I could not be happier with the finished product. It is everything I wanted and more. There was regular communication on the progress, and the project was finished on time and within budget. Vince's attention to detail is phenomenal, and I highly recommend Platinum Touch!

Platinum Touch Industries did a great job taking apart and disposing a very large greenhouse on my residential property that was badly damaged in winter storm and replaced with a newer smaller greenhouse. Platinum laid down cement foundation and put in electrical for the new greenhouse. Very happy with the quality of the work.

Platinum Touch did an incredible job on your Home Refresh. We built a pantry, installed new cabinets, a new fireplace surround, 2nd master closet, refinished all the hardwood floors, a whole home interior painting and lots more. They did the job in stages to accommodate us having to be home because of the kid's school and there were no issues. My wife is a clean freak and Platinum closed off the work areas and cleaned up every single night after work. We had a lot of custom "fixes" that they took care of and the entire project turned out great. They were highly responsive to the touch ups and punch list items that you always find afterwards. They promptly came and took care of all of them. If you are looking for high quality work that comes in on time then call Platinum. You get what you pay for when it comes to construction and if you want it done right the first time its definitely worth the cost of the high quality work that Platinum performs.

Vince and his team were awesome. We had a complete house remodel from a water pipe that broke. Communication and attention to detail was great and everyone was quickly available by phone. They were there every step of the way. I couldn't be happier with how beautiful my house looks. I would definitely use them again for any future work. 100% recommend.

We called Vince in a panic after severe ice dams forced water into all the exterior walls of our house. We had initially chosen a different contractor who strung us along for a couple of weeks and never showed up on the job. Vince swooped in and began construction within a week of being contacted understanding that we had been displaced from our home and time was of the essence. He was extremely easy to communicate with and always did what he said he was going to do. He worked with our insurance company to remediate all the water damage, reinsulate, repair the drywall, replace windows, and repaint. He also helped us to replace our entire roof and spray foam insulate our attic to insure that ice dams don't happen again!! We have been happy with the work and would definitely recommend!

Platinum Touch did a terrific job repairing and renovating our existing Great Room (Kitchen/Family Room) and Garage. We anticipated finding water damage in our walls and ceilings due to roof issues and therefore required a contractor who could quickly assess and advise. Vince did a great job alerting us to those issues and providing timely comprehensive solutions and options. The final product exceeded our expectations and has made our home so much more enjoyable to live in. I would recommend Vince to anyone and would not hesitate using him for future work.

Vince and his guys did a phenomenal job remodeling our house in Lakeforest. They were very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. The work was a complete remodel of the kitchen, laundry room, mud room, all floors, master bath and bedroom, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, along with repainting the entire house. I hired Platinum Touch Industries LLC in the summer of 2018 for my first Fix and Flip remodel project and was impressed with their work. Vince and his team did a fantastic job from demo to cleanup to the finish touches per schedule. Vince was honest at front and very professional.

Based on the Scope of Work I presented to him, we were all in the same page. Once milestones were completed within the Project Timeline, payment was made to him in a timely manner. Platinum is honest, reliable, and work ethic is impeccable.

We used PTI for an extensive water damage restoration. They handled the remediation as well as the reconstruction project in which quite a few changes to the house were made. The team from PTI did an outstanding job. Communication was always transparent and they handled all of our requests throughout the project. They made an unfortunate situation go as smoothly as possible and left us with a much nicer and safer house than we had before they got there.

//How did working with Platinum turn out?
Just the best experience. Our house is beautiful with Platinum leading us through a new basement rebuild, complex property landscaping and flood addressing, and a new patio with fire pit. We had minimal stress working with the Platinum teams and partners and specifically chose to work with them on each project as we quickly saw how reliable, thorough, and high-quality were their work and their people.

Some parts of the work took time to get scheduled and started. However, once work started, it was completed on time. In addition, we did not push too hard because in many of these situations you get what you pay for – we would rather work with someone in demand due to the quality of their work rather than rush and be let down with sub-par work.

I had such a great experience! Contactors were at my house when they said they would be there. They were completely dependable!. The team took care of my belongings. I had to move everything out of my main level and this was a big job! They were clean as they removed and installed all new Wood flooring through my home.
The flooring company that was recommended to me was also great and affordable!
After the flooring was installed on time, they did an excellent job of putting my house back together, appliances and all. Vince, Bobby, And Adam were wonderful at all times! My house looks amazing! I’m so grateful for the no stress experience they were able to create! I highly recommend them and already have to my friends!
