Had drywall work and a bathroom remodel done. Todd's poor workmanship, unwillingness to fix the things he did wrong and unprofessional emails are why I'm giving him the lowest rating. I don't recommend anyone hire him and wish I had done a background check in mchenry county before letting him in my home and near my family.

I used Evergreen Remodeling for our bathroom remodel (see photos to see before and after). Todd was fantastic to work with. He is detailed, on time and respective of you and your space. He helped me create my dream bathroom affordably while many other contractors we sought out were double the price (literally). He always kept us up to date on the timeline and was involved in each part of the process. We will be using Evergreen in the future, I won't ever have to look for another contractor again- I think this is what I truly love the most. I have found my forever contractor (ok, that's cheesy but it's TRUE!)

Todd was a joy to work with. He was able to do beautiful work in installing a dishwasher where there had been none. The job required some demo, as well as installation of the dishwasher unit and butcher block countertops. He even helped us some with electrics by replacing a old fixture in the kitchen while he was there. We were very happy with his work and look forward to working with him again on our next home improvement project.

We hired Todd to remodel our bathroom. We had an idea of what we wanted but were not sure how to get there. Todd helped us with the design, blue prints, finding plumbers, electricians and painters, licenses, as well as the work he did himself. It was such a reassurance to have him manage the project. It turned out better then we ever expected. He is respectful of the home, meticulous and a skilled craft man. Todd spent time with us to help figure out our needs. He came up with some great solutions. Even though we decided not to do the project, I have no doubt that Evergreen would have done an excellent job. Todd was more concerned with what we felt we needed than with getting a sale. I would have no problem recommending them.
