Platinum Roofing and Restoration

Bryan initially demonstrated himself as a professional and I was impressed with his professionalism, therefore, Platinum Roofing and Restoration, LLC installed a new roof due to damages from a hail storm in 2020. Since the installation, I have had damages to my ceiling due to rain leaking from my roof, twice. I reached out to Bryan and made him aware of the problem, he and his company actually came out to correct the problem with the roof, but they did not fixt the water stain that was created from his work crew and performance. He promised that he will send someone out to look at it, but I never seen or heard from Bryan or anyone else again. I am having another leaking problem in the same area of my ceiling from rain leaking from the roof. I contacted Bryan and he said he would send someone out to look at it, and I have not seen or heard from Bryan since. My roof is still leaking from the rain. I actually had another roofing company to come out regarding the Bryan's mistake. Bryan can talk the talk, but he doesn't walk the walk or follow through, very disappointed with him. I would not ever use him again or refer him to anyone else.
