We have used Platinum Renovation here on Staten Island for most if not all of our home improvement projects through the years. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor. We had them do our deck a few years back it still looks amazing to this day. We also had them redo our kitchen along with a small foyer 1/2 bath. We definitely will be using them in the future.

We absolutely love our kitchen and new Trex deck for entertaining all summer long, Overall we had a great experience with the knowledgeable team at Platinum Renovation. All these projects look just as beautiful today as the day they were completed. We have since referred them many times and they have not disappointed.

We had Artie and Carlos build us a brand new deck and we are more than happy with the work that was done. The new deck is beautiful. But what really stood out for me was the professionalism, the attention to details, the courtesy, the kindness, and the reliability. Like stated in previous reviews, there was no cutting corners...everything was done with meticulous care. They went above and beyond in our expectations. We have had many different companies and contractors work in our home and these guys by far were the absolute best! I highly recommend using them!

I hired Platinum in 2019 for total renovation of my townhouse. That included kitchen, all bathrooms, flooring, painting, doors, windows, electrical, plumbing, etc. I honestly could not be any happier with the honest quote and the quality of work. Artie, the owner, supervised the work during all phases. He helped in selecting all materials and made valuable recommendations as the project progressed.

Most importantly, Artie takes pride in his work. He stands by his work in case something needs adjustment. I called him few times over the past 2 years and he showed almost immediately to take care of the issues without charge. I actually called him today for an issue with the backyard door and he immediately came and took care of the issue even though the problem was not related to his work (deck).

I had a high hopes for this company just based on the reviews, when Carlos stepped in my house, he took all the measurements and said they would email me my estimation with a price breakdown for every room and separate jobs. But instead I received a brief text message from Artie with a total price, I didn’t want them to make my kitchen cabinets, but Carlos said we would give you our price for the cabinets so you can compare with others and pick the best one for you. I believe the company with 20 years of experience can’t be that unprofessional

We needed to get our deck done, called a number of different places and Platinum Renovation Services was the best price. We worked with Artie who was very friendly and professional. Platinum Renovations were amazing. We unfortunately had a 46foot tree fall during the storm destroying our deck. Artie quickly responded to our inquiries and promptly came up with a design for us. I hired Platinum to do a bathroom gut on a basement apartment for my elderly parents. After interviewing many contractors, I knew Platinum was the best choice. In addition to being a gentleman, his work speaks for itself! Artie and his team sat down with me and designed a state of the art walk-in shower with built in shower bench and grab bars all keeping safety of my parents in mind. During the construction they did not hesitate to give me a hand with other small projects around the house that i needed done before my parents moved in such as electrical and plumbing work. The job was finished right on schedule, no mess or cleanup after and the price was far below my expectations! These guys do a great job and make sure that everything is done perfectly down to the little things. Recently redid our kitchen and two bathrooms. Company is the very best out there. We did a renovation which included a full deck, a path which leads to an outdoor little fenced pet area a little gate which leads to my gazebo, and a complete full fenced yard with larger gate. Also did a patio door with inner shades and windows. Best material out there. Artie and his crew were the epitome of patience. Kindest and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Very good price as well. I'll recommend to friends and family. What a good job! I stare in awe at my garden now.

After speaking with many contractors, in 2015 I decided to use Platinum Renovations to put an extension on my home and completely redo a bathroom and I am glad i did. Artie, the owner, was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and honest. Prior to the work being done, it was explained in detail. He had a lot of great ideas that I didn't even think of. The crew was very professional and all round nice guys. They showed up ready to work everyday and didn't waste any time. It has been two years since the work has been done and I have zero complaints. It looks like it was done yesterday. Great owner. Great crew. Great work Great price. Completed fast. What more can you ask for? I highly recommend and plan on using this company for future work.

Writing this review in response from an email to rate our experience with this company so here goes. We called Platinum a little over two years ago to meet with us and our realtor to give us a ball park quote on a complete renovation of a brownstone which we had our eye on for years. We needed to know if the renovation would fit our budget once we put an offer on the house. Fast forward they accepted our offer and we closed on the house we got two more quotes and decided to stick with our original quote. We had a complete gut and remodel of everything electrical, plumbing, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, sheetrock, paint, roof top deck and railings, and much more. We loved their insight, ideas and patience. They also worked great with my interior designer come to find out they did multiple projects together in the past. I would definitely recommend this company they truly deserve our 5 star rating.

They did an excellent job renovating three bathrooms, installation of a bay window, basement renovation, basement wet bar, painted three floors of my home, renovated my attic, and installed new carpets, as well as many other things to complete the vision of what I wanted.
