I don't have a problem if someone can't complete or do work I ask, I just need communication. It takes 30 seconds to answer a text about a property he told me he would look at. After following up multiple times with no response, I felt compelled to leave this review to save others time.

Edit: If you want to see the lack of professionalism I highlight, simply see the response. No apology, accountability or anything. I never even asked for a "free" estimate, I only asked for a FREE response lol.

I am very disappointed in Platinum painting. Taso was originally responsive to my fiancé and I as we were setting up a walk though to paint our entire town home in preparation to sell. But on the day of the walk though he completely missed the appointment, ghosted us and has not responded to any communication since then!

I believe the owners name is Tasso. He is super friendly. Price was the best out 4 other local painting contractors. I have to say, they are what a professional business should be. Our home was built in 1906 so you can imagine how bad the walls were. The repairs and painting that were done in our home were so perfect, I couldn’t imagine they could of been done. Highly recommended!

Platinum Home Painting and Services exceeded our expectations. Tassos pricing was reasonable and his crew was amazing. They did exactly what they said they would do and would always ask before starting in a new area. Their old fashion workmanship and professionalism were refreshing to see, my wife and I will certainly be calling them again for our next home project.

Very impressed with the professionalism, service and quality of work from start to finish. The owner showed up as he promised to give us an estimate which was a very fair price. He started several days later and worked diligently over the next 4 days. Can’t say enough about how badly we need contractors like Platinum Painters in our area. A contractor that is dependable, trustworthy and delivers quality work. I would highly recommend this company.

They were amazing! the crew was very friendly, professional and fantastic at their job! They went above and beyond what I expected a contractor to do! Tassos was a pleasure to work with. Our home looks brand new now. The paint job was perfect and our Deck also looks brand new! They even fixed all of our holes and dings in the wall too! I will recommend them to anyone looking for a paint job, or any other kind of job. Their pricing was even the best I received after several quotes from other companies. This is the kind of honest, old school service that were missing in this area and I will 100% use them again! Thanks for making our new home beautiful!
