I had a very odd project I was doing, and Lynn in the kitchen and bath design department was a great help with my needs. She fully understood and went above and beyond to get exactly what I needed. She's very good at attention to detail and thought of things I never did. Had she not, my project would've turned into a disaster. She responds quickly to any questions and concerns I had, which is huge in my book. Lynn is an asset to Pixley's, and every company needs more employees like her. I definitely will be doing more business with her!

We purchased the most beautiful Cambria quartz countertop at Pixley’s! Lynn was SO helpful with the whole process from start to finish! She even sent a thank you note! Nice touch!!

I don't give 5 stars with thar being said.my house caught on fire and found it totaled so I hired Panther Creek Const. Which they did a wonderful job . So for my kitchen Lynn in the custom kitchen dept. Designed my new kitchen which without her help there is no way my kitchen would have looked as excellent as it did log house with a high end look with a laid back feeling I'm am so pleased I can't wait to show it off and a special thanks to Brittney on my wonderful ceramic wood look tiles Thank you Lynn you are the best

Joe and James, floor installers, are THE BEST! On time, every time. They actually work till late afternoon! They are respectable to my 101 year old mother who lives with us. They do an Excellent job. AND, they clean up famously! Don't let them go Pixley! Pixley came through again; they can be proud of their name. Thank you for good customer service which is hard to get in these times.

Lynn did an absolutely incredible job on our new construction cabinet design. She had great recommendations on what we really needed or where we could save money. Her attention to detail was impeccable from the ordering process all the way through to labeling which room all the knobs/pulls belonged in. Can’t recommend her enough!

My husband called pixley on Monday and they said they have what we wanted. He drove to Claremore and paid, in full, for our shingles. Receipt in hand, pick up was set for Wednesday AM. Upon arrival, the order wasn’t pulled, they did not have what we paid for and they decided that we “said the wrong thing” to honor our tax exempt status. ZERO stars for customer service. If the shingles weren’t already being pulled off of our roof I would have been fine with telling them to eat … healthy and drink your water.

My mom went to this store today to buy three pieces of wood that's it all the cheapest of them a 4x4 a 2x4 and a 1x6 we wanted the cheapest of every single one and since my mom being 59 years old and elderly didn't necessarily know what she was doing the people at the counter gave her rough Cedar the most expensive they have one got home had to bring it back to the store for a refund of $56 difference that they tried to get over on it elderly woman that didn't know what they were talking about I would not recommend this store to anybody they are taking advantage of our elderly women

Yesterday James and Cody finished up an amazing job on our new vinyl planking floors. Their job was tremendous and they went above and beyond. James patiently answered any of my questions about the material. There were several tricky areas and they were expertly done. Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you James and Cody for an amazing job.

When all the Tulsa lumber yards failed to get what I needed Pixleys had it on their yard first thing the next morning.

Experienced sales Representatives. Good prices on most lumber and trim. The wait in the yard to pick up stuff can take extra time though, but not always. If you purchase a certain dollar amount and the job site isn't real far away, delivery is free. They don't sell paint anymore. They have remodeled and have a large display area. They have done away with a lot of things they use to stock on the floor sales area.

I purchased windows for a 90 year old farmhouse we renovated, the entire staff was very helpful and polite. They went above and beyond to make sure our windows were delivered on the date they had set for us. I highly recommend this company. Excellent product, knowledgeable and friendly staff!

I was introduced to Pixley's Lumber a few years ago from a friend who is a contractor, because I wanted custom made cabinet doors. I'm so glad he made that recommendation, because the doors turned out great and better than I imagined! As of recently, I made the drive back to Pixley's and custom ordered some interior doors that needed replacing. Needless to say, the doors didn't work when I brought them home. After some phone calls back and forth, Pixley's sent out their guys to find out what the problem was and they fixed all the doors on the spot! Couldn't be happier with how everything went and the efficiency of making sure the customer is taken care of in a timely manner.

Pixleys has been a supplier for me down through the years having built a classroom building out of Pixley Lumber and endless projects..for StraitGate Church.. today we were buying paint and the lady that took great care to meet our want and need was superb.. well done

Love the store and staff. Built my new house using them almost exclusively as my vendor. Prices were fair, delivery is free and the people are great. Debbie, Craig, Dan and Jack took fantastic care of us.

I have a R.E. business with a credit card on file at Pixly. This is my first house in Claremore. I love the town but, such a hassle to get my my employees to go get materials because pixly gives them such a hard time. They need to teach their employees how to run a credit card.on that is on file. Its not hard to do. I guess i can just go to lowes. To bad, I wanted to help the local small business. Oh well.
