Pioneer Home Solutions

We used Pioneer Home Solutions for repairs after hail damage to our home. They did a great job completing the repairs. Additionally, there was a dispute with our insurance company not wanting to cover all of the damage. They worked very diligently behind the scenes to fight to obtain compensation on our behalf. This process took a long time and i can only assume they put a lot of work into this dispute. After all was said and done, they successfully secured the compensation that was needed. We primarily worked with Jason and Troy. Thank you all for your hard work.

We hired Pioneer Home Solutions to replace our roof, windows, paint our house and replace our garage doors and the work initially went smoothly. The team was efficient, and we were happy with the quality of the installations.

However, as the project progressed, we ran into some communication issues that caused delays and frustration. It became difficult to get clear updates or timelines, and we started to feel unsure about how the rest of the work would go.

Thankfully, the owner stepped in and took personal responsibility for resolving the situation. Once he got involved, communication improved dramatically, and the rest of the project was back on track. They completed the garage door replacement and painted our house, both of which turned out great.

Overall, while there were some bumps in the road, we’re satisfied with the final results. The owner’s involvement made a big difference, and we appreciate that he made sure everything was completed to our expectations.

I do not advise using this company. I had a hail storm that caused damage to my home. I met with their sales person Jason. Jason was courteous and seemed to be empathetic to my situation. I decided to move forward with them, but unfortunately, this was done under false pretense. Jason told me I was not obligated to use his company for all off the work that needed to be done. Which later they said that I was. He even admitted lying to me on a call with the owner on (Mike). They tried to get me to invalidate my solar warranty by letting me allow them to take them down, which is againt my solar contract...which they had. We decided to try and move forward on just the roof, but the contract had additional charges included for an "appraisal" and excluded my front window. When I told them I wouldn't agree to this, they decided to sue me. Again, even though they know their employee was deceitful in getting me to sign the initial contract. Based on my experience I highly advise to go a different avenue.

Pioneer worked on our home after we had hail damage to our roof. Nate Salgado came out and inspected our entire property noting additional damage to our siding, gutters and paint. Work was top notch and the crews were organized and respectful.

Ben Pendrick and Pioneer Home Solutions were great to work with. They had our best interest in mind through an insurance process that took a lot more time and energy than I could have navigated on my own. If you find yourself in a big claim situation they are great to have on your side.

Sorry you are getting tagged...but I will now give one star reviews for every company that knocks on my door despite the rather prominent No Solicitation sign right below the doorbell.
New construction, hail storms, etc... brings them out in force. Please teach your crews to read and not provide canned responses such as "sorry, but it's hot out and I didn't see it"...or "I'm not selling, I'm offering you peace of mind"...

A hail storm in July 2023 shattered a window in our basement. Our insurance company referred Accuserve, which uses a network of vetted contractors. Accuserve assigned Pioneer Home Solutions to our repairs. It took over a year to get a new standard-size window!

Pioneer Home Solutions failed to fulfill its obligations with Accuserve and consistently submitted inaccurate bids to our insurance company. They refused to complete the work until they received additional money from our insurance company, who agreed to pay them more money. When I called Pioneer to schedule the job, they refused to do the work because they still wanted more money! The owner called us with Jayme Woodey and asked us to tell Accuserve the work was done so they could get paid. They essentially held hostage for more money.

Pioneer Home Solutions displayed a complete lack of organization and professionalism throughout the process. They didn't care my teenage daughter was sleeping in a room that was easily accessible without a window! They were more concerned with making a profit than completing the job efficiently and effectively.

In the end, we had to find another contractor to finish the job properly, which cost us even more time. As I mentioned, getting a new standard-size window took over a year! I strongly advise against hiring Pioneer Home Solutions, as their incompetence and lack of professionalism made our experience a complete nightmare.

After the hail storm in May of 2023, we elected to use Pioneer Home Solutions. Michael Lindberg was there promptly for the estimate at the time he had given us.
He was very detailed on his explanation of repairs as well as cost. Due to the extent of damage to the Denver Metro area, he explained the lead time for the estimated time for the availability of materials. His time frame was right on. His roofing crew showed up promptly on time to work after materials were delivered, cleaned up daily after they were done working, and were respectfully of our home and property.
The crew worked during into the evening as well as in cold temperatures.
We would definitely use Pioneer again in our home repairs should it become necessary.

They took the money right away, then months later they started the job and its still not done! They said they didn't have enough roofing material, but I think they shorted the order and pocketed the remainder...They are more concerned about milking the insurance company for EVERYTHING they could get from them and locking in a sale instead of helping customers with their home repairs.

I can't say enough good things about Pioneer. To a person, they were responsive and kind and capable. They spent the time with us that we needed and they got the job done in an excellent manner and on time. They treated our property with respect and cleaned up completely at the end of each day.

They fought hard with our insurance company to get approval for all the work that clearly needed to be done (that the insurance company originally left out). This included upgraded shingles, trim, new gutters, two new skylights, paint, etc.

I would highly recommend Pioneer Home Solutions. In fact, we will be getting a bid for them for some additional work.

Pioneer Home Solutions installed a new roof and gutters due to storm damage. My insurance company was not as helpful as Ben Pendrick with Pioneer who acted in my utmost best interests in explaining how to get me through this daunting process to completion. I struggled with paying "this" first and then paying "that" last. Not only did they do a wonderful job in a most timely fashion; the tiny problem i had was fixed immediately! Ben Pendrick is not only a good front man for the company, is has a wonderful soul that i will never be truly be able to thank him enough for. Mike the owner was wonderful to me on the phone too when i called him to find out how to make an online review!

After trying to negotiate with insurance company on my own, I was introduced to Spencer Brown who stream lined the process both with the insurance company and all the contractors required to complete the repairs to my house. It was a good experience and would engage with Spencer and PHS in the future.

Pioneer made my home repairs following storm damage really easy. It was very refreshing to work with Ben and defintely felt a stress relief once he took over our repair project.

I took off one star due to a fair amount of trash left in the yard after the roof replacement and some communication issues with the sub-contractor who did our painting. In the end the job was done very well!

I highly recommend Pioneer Roofing & Home Solutions. We had hail damage on our home back in August 2018. Ben Pendrick from Pioneer guided us all the way through our re-modeling experience. We had our roof, sky lights, air vents and gutters replaced. We also had our whole house and fence re-painted. He made a case to my insurance company that resulted in doubling the reimbursement for a quality roof that should last a long time. It was a pleasure working with Spencer from PHS. This company did great work and we ended up getting more done than anticipated. The appraisal process was tricky but this was due to the insurance company and no fault of PHS. There were a couple times the contractors showed up and started doing work without a heads up phone call first, but I can't knock them down for being efficient. I would recommend this company for your roofing or hail damage insurance claim.

Thank You Pioneer! Our nine unit townhome complex was badly hit by the May ’17 hailstorm that tore across western Metro Denver (we had broken skylights & windows, a destroyed roof & gutter system, pockmarked exterior surfaces…). Bill and Pioneer managed the several hundred thousand dollars worth of repair work needed, and performed about as perfectly as we could expect given the difficulty of dealing with flaky residential sub-contractors and a bully of an insurance company (Liberty Mutual). The work was of very high quality (much better than what was there to begin with even before the damage). They also never allowed sub-standard or incomplete work by one of the sub-contractors be our problem (most of the time Bill caught it before we did or, if we saw something amiss all we had to do was inform him and it would be taken care of). However, their biggest feat was being able (and knowing how) to deal with Liberty Mutual which, for 1-1/2yrs., refused to acknowledge or pay for the full cost of the project. Pioneer patiently and knowledgeably worked through the “appraisal process” which eventually required the involvement of an “umpire” to negotiate the final payment. Again - Thank You Pioneer!

Bill was wonderful to work with!! No pressure, very honest and was there every time he said he would be. Bill followed up with our insurance company every step of the way through all of the repairs from the hail storm. He would come back after the subs did their work to check and verify that it was done as it should be! He was referred to us by one of my co-workers and I can see why. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND as well!!

My story with Pioneer Home Solutions and Carolyn Elges first dates back to December of 2015.
Carolyn met with me to assess my roof for repair in order to complete a re-finance.
I knew even then that Carolyn was the right individual to walk me through the process.
Due to extenuating circumstances however, my roof project was put on hold.
However, Carolyn continued to check up on me and she kept the relationship going.
Then the great Spring hail storm of 2017 hit Colorado, and my roof was in disrepair. Carolyn made sure I was at the top of Pioneer Home Solution's call list; it was nice knowing that I had a trusted source such as Carolyn and PHS to pick up where they left off two years prior.
There was no hesitation, I made sure that my insurance claim would be directed solely to PHS.
Without a doubt, the crew with Pioneer Home Solutions was quick, efficient and conscientious about the whole job; they were done in no time, and to say that I was pleased is an understatement. Pioneer Home Solutions made my life so easy during a stressful time, they knew exactly how to proceed and left no question unanswered or any issue go unresolved.
Working side by side with Carolyn through all the repairs and all the details was a pleasure.
She is smart, resourceful and very savvy, and these are the perfect traits when dealing with an insurance claim. This was my first insurance claim, and Bill was very helpful throughout the process, answering my many questions and meeting with my insurance adjustor to advocate for my claim.
