Perkins Construction is a professional company that will make you pleased throught your construction project. They had my roof replaced with a beautiful Hickory coloured asphalt shingle within days of a disastrous hail storm. It took almost a month for all of my neighbors that chose a different contractor. Perkins Construction does High quality work with high quality material in a expedient manner. I also had vinyl siding, gutters, window, screens, garage door, sconce lights, and facia for windows and siding replaced. The storm damage to the neighborhood is very present, just not on my home anymore. Thank you Perkins Construction!

Perkins Construction just completed the replacement of my roof. I found Mr. Lee Perkins a genuine pleasure to work with. He was honest regarding what we needed, he was prompt about the ordering and delivery of the materials, and I especially enjoyed his fondness for good communications. He kept me advised about every step in the process and kept his promises. The finished roof looks first class and actually exceeds code requirements for Colorado Springs. I will use Perkins Construction again when the need arises.

I can't say enough about Lee and the qualified subs he brings to a project. Lee not only brings a wealth of knowledge but is also reliable, trustworthy, and has great communication/customer service skills. I don't normally leave reviews but I can tell you after interviewing over 10 contractors for a roof replacement/hail repair project, that you need not look any further than Lee. A++++ contractor!

We hired Lee Perkins to replace our roof after a hailstorm. He was very helpful while meeting with the insurance adjuster. During the inspection they discovered damage to roof, gutters, downspouts, screens, skylights and the paint on the house. Lee agreed to do all of the repair work for us. We were pleased with all of the work that Lee and his subcontractors did. We are extremely detail oriented, especially about painting. We did point out to Lee that there were a few areas that we thought could have been painted better and he brought the crew back immediately to finish up that detail work to our satisfaction. When we encountered the expected hiccup or two Lee was always willing to immediately make things right. He never complained or treated us like we were asking too much. Lee is friendly, very easy going and was a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to use Lee again if the need arose.

Mr.Perkins worked on our home which had extensive storm damage. An issue came up and work that was done on the deck had to be redone. Mr Perkins. refunded all the money so we could start over again. He is the most honest and reputable General Contractor we have worked with in Colorado Springs. Please don't hesitate one bit in using him.

Now I work for a fortune 100 company and I set up repair programs for major insurance companies nationwide. I have run across many General Contractors I would stay away from and many working in Colorado Springs.I am proud to say, Lee Perkins is not one of them. and I give him my highest endorsement.
