Thank all y'all for your help a few weeks ago. Mitch and his computer buddy was able to help me find replacement cabinet hinge. The original has been discontinued and these guys were able to hunt a replacement down on the computer for me (taking over 30 minutes and they never shunned or rushed through it). They were friendly and patient too. I appreciate all your help.

Staff is very kind and eager to help. I am from out of state visiting and I must say I really enjoyed talking with the, I assume, managers. Could have been the owners for all I know. They gave me valuable information to local contractors for work, and places to visit here in the lovely state of Tennessee. Thank you for your open arms and Southern hospitality. It will not be forgotten.

First time customer..lifetime customer...walked through the doors was immediately acknowledged and asked if they could help with anything...I was just looking but they happened to have my go to brand of lacquer in the gallon size something no one carries and the price great!
it’s safe to say I will return here for all of my paint and hardware needs!

Gave me the correct color wrong base took it back an they fixed the issue very happy with the experience I had with pioneer express they took care good care of me I highly recommend this place to anyone that is again pioneer express keep up the good customer service
