Phil's Pressure Washing

Phil was friendly enough but extreemly overpriced for the limited job he did. He blamed oxidation on why it still looked dingy when he finished. There was still algea in the gutter when my husband checked the job. The supposed oxidation he said would cost 5000 dollars to remove comes off easily with the right product. I have had others look at it since and they said it will come off easily with the right product. Also they will charge way less than he did. Also the supposed rust came off easily and my husband said it was just grime. I was charged a weeks wages for less than 4 hours of work. I'm retired with limited income and feel like I was taken advantage of.

Highly recommend Phil! He did an excellent job on our house and on our long driveway. Always on time and very reasonable rates. We use Phil’s Pressure Washing every time we need any pressure washing done.

I tried to do something this year I haven't tried before, and that is pressure wash and clean my own patio around my pool and made a mess of it. I called Phil (who I use each season), which came out and helped clean up my mess to keep me in the good grace's of my wife! Phil knows what he's doing, plus he's professional at his job! Phil has done multiple jobs around here, my house, roof, fence, and patio.

This is the second time we have used Phil’s Pressure Washing. Phil shows up exactly when he says, and he cleans the house and concrete surfaces beautifully. I could see such a huge difference when I pulled into the drive. He is so honest. His cleaner broke one of our pool skimmer covers. Phil called me to let me know immediately and that the replacement he ordered would be here the next day. Accidents happen, but he took care of it even before he let me know.

Called this company to get comparative quotes on a 3 story home needing pressured washed. Not only did he give me the best quote but he came quickly and did an AMAZING Job! I have called on Phil to clean out our gutters several times and he always does a great job! He is always easy to get ahold of and returns my call quickly if missed. My husband, Mark, saw Phil’s work truck at his previous work place and wrote his number down since I wanted some pressure washing done to our house. Mark spoke to Phil and set up a time for Phil to come by the house to work up a quote. I had spoken to his boss and he spoke very highly of Phil’s work ethic and as soon as Phil told me what he would do and the amount, I told him to do when he got the chance. He called me and let me know what day and time he would be at our house and he was right on time. I showed him the outside faucets and went into the house. He cleaned out the gutters, cleaned the Siding, front porch, steps, railing, back patio and windows. I needed to run to town and wrote the check for the amount and left. When I returned, the house looked great, I didn’t realize how dirty the house was living in the woods as Phil did exactly what he said he would! Didn’t leave a mess, no damage to the landscaping, wonderful work! I have had Phil pressure wash the house 2-3 times now and he does a fantastic job every time. I don’t have to say a word to him and he comes in and hollers when he is finished. I will continue to have Phil clean the house yearly. He is a great worker, very polite, extremely reasonable, thorough, and a fine young man!
