I got a new roof, siding, gutters, and paint. I also had a couple shutters and screens replaced. It was all done in a timely manner and all coordinated by Pinnacle Roofing. I am so happy with the results!

Very professional! Made sure I understood all my options and all the cost impacts. No hidden costs or upselling. Kept me aware of what to expect. Was there when they said they would be, kept everything clean and neat. Followed up several times when the work was done.

I used pinnacle for a recent roof replacement and left the experience very impressed. I was treated as an individual rather than a number and Mike was great about getting me the right product for my requirements, and at the right price. He was also very gracious about answering my numerous questions as the job progressed and about several specific requests i made. I anticipate this is the last roof this house will ever need, but if i find myself in a new house at some point in the future, i will definitely be using pinnacle again.

We asked Pinnacle Associates to fix a roof leak. Mike meticulously investigated and documented the source to be a defective furnace flue. He replaced the flue as well as the shingles damaged when another company placed temporary tarps over the areas in question. The job was completed within 48 hours of my original call. Mike is thorough, honest, efficient, and reasonably priced. We will use Pinnacle for any issues in the future.

Roy and his team do incredible work. We have had roofing and exterior painting done by them and both jobs were completed quickly and expertly. It was beyond his abilities so he called in another company and got the damage fixed asap instead of leaving me to find a different contractor (with a hole in my attic). Wow! As a small business owner myself, excellent customer service means the world to me. After putting up my Christmas lights this year, I thought I saw wear on my roof and was afraid it was time to replace it. Lord knows I've seen my neighbors getting their roofs replaced, even though our homes were only Built-in 2006. I was seeing fibreglass edges showing around the edge of the asphalt tiles, and wanted to get an estimate . I Googled roofers and saw Pinnacle had x46 5 Star reviews. I called got Mike's voice-mail. I left a quick message and moved on to the next phone number online, but he called me right back. He said he was on his way to a job close by and could swing by on his way. He arrived 20 minutes later, climbed up with me and explained what I was seeing. He reassured me that all was well up there, and showed me how what I was seeing was normal, and that I was only about half way through my room's lifespan. When we got down he had an afterthought and climbed back up, this time to the top tier to check the attic vent grommets on the back of the roof and sure enough! He came down with photos showing how the rubber has cracked and shrunk aver the years, causing a leak into my attic. He said he could fix it later that day for $85! DONE! I never would have seen that, and he warded off a costly leak by taking an extra moment to be thorough. Just wanted to take a moment to say "Thanks Mike!" I know who to call when the times comes.

Excellent experience with the owner, Mike Owens. He was able to squeeze me in on relatively short notice (we had an upcoming inspection scheduled). He arrived on time, took photos of all areas that needed repairs and explained things. He worked efficiently and provided detailed documentation which I had requested.

Pinnacle roofing installed new gutters that match the existing trim perfectly. While at the house I mentioned a leak in the basement and the found a leaky pipe and fixed it on the spot for just the cost of the part.

Mike and his crew did outstanding work. They really know their business and obviously have lots of experience. Work was done quickly but with an eye for making sure that it was done correctly. The area around our house was spotless when they finished and cleaned up. The job was made more difficult by their having to work around our large water feature. We covered the water feature with tarps and not a single nail was found after they were done. We highly recommend them.

He helped us make sure the insurance claim included everything it was supposed to before starting work, and asked about our HOA. We really appreciated how he kept us informed on everything that was going on, from material delivery to the inspection, and he even laid out a rain plan in case the weather didn't cooperate. Mike was outstanding. Can’t say enough good things about this man. He gave us an incredibly reasonable price on our gutter replacement and even went the extra mile to help us replace a missing piece of the soffit on our house… He even painted it before he put it up and spent time making sure that the trim around our house and the color matched perfectly. If you get the chance, Mike is your guy 100%.

I had called Pinnacle to come check out my roof after the golf ball sized hail storm we had as I had been told by a neighbor that my vent on the roof was bent and had taken hail damage. Mike was already in the area and was nice enough to stop by less than a half hour after I called him to check to see if the vent just had cosmetic damage or if there was restricted airflow. Turns out it was just cosmetic! Very honest, fast, and friendly man! I will definitely be calling them again if we ever have any roof issues in the future!

I wanted to share the wonderful experience I had with Mike from Pinnacle Roofing Associates, LLC! Here it is in the beginning of the year of the year and my roof starts leaking. Thankfully, Mike from Pinnacle told us it was a skylight leak and he’d fix the leak on the spot!
We got the checkbook out to pay a fair price for the fix, but mike insisted on waiting to ensure there was no more moisture coming into the house. Over a month later, three snow storms, and no leak!! We had a great experience! Thank you Mike!

We couldn't ask for better service. When I called Mike to ask if he could check my roof for hail damage, he said he could meet the next morning. Mike was personable and knowledgeable, and he answered all my questions and was easy to contact, either answering when I called or calling me back quickly. His crew was diligent and did a fantastic clean up, and I have yet to find a single roofing nail on the ground. He worked directly with my insurance company to assist with the hail damage claim, making the whole process very easy and transparent. If you need anything roofing call Pinnacle first. I called Mike on Monday at 415 when i got off work and he showed up at my house around 5. Mike inspected my plumbing vent and determined it wasn't the cause of a leak i had in my house. He also checked all other my other vents on my roof. He than went out of his way to determine the leak was most likely coming from the bathroom. He was honest, polite, and very knowledgable. I will be callng him with any other roofing need and highly recommend him to anyone.

Mike was very helpful when a new roof was needed because of hail damage. He worked with the insurance inspector directly to make sure our needs were met. We were on a very tight timeline (because of selling the house), so he worked with us to get it all done before closing.
