Signed contract April 8, 2022 stated roof would be done in 2 weeks. April 8, 2022 gave deposit 6444.00 Waited patiently - asked many times for schedule. Each time told it would be done in 2 weeks. It has now been almost 5 months. Finally asked for my deposit back and was told his attorney would contact me. Not sure when I will get my money back.

This roofing company was very good to work with. Michael Healy worked hard to get us all we wished for. He even helped replace a skylight that would not shut well and only charged us for the window and not labor to get it and install it. He picked a great color for the roof. They were in and out promptly and did a beautiful job. They left our land clean of any trash or materials. Very happy with the results.

Pinnacle roofing recently replaced about an acre of 50 year old galvanized material on our 160 year old barn. The work is first rate, and the price was extremely fair.

Mike and his team did a phenomenal job. Called I the morning, had a quote by the afternoon. Ryan was up for final measures within a week. The next week the goofing material arrived. We called Mike and asked if they could move it before a snowstorm snd he had a crew member here that day. The next Monday Ryan and Jason were here installing the new metal roof on our “small barn” in one day. They did a great job and left the area spotless. We’re very happy and highly recommend the Pinnacle Crew!

Extremely friendly and responsive company to deal with. Mike handled all of our questions and communicated with us in a timely fashion throughout the process. His crew was professional and friendly as well and completed the job quickly once we had a scheduled install date. I would definitely use Pinnacle Metal Roofing company again.

After the wind storm last March cause heavy damage Pinnacle Metal Roofing came through for us....Replacing roofs on three of our camps in time for the rental season. The price was reasonable and the quality was good.

My roof was done in a timely manner during a difficult time resourcing materials and help. I have had some severe weather since the installation, and there have been no issues. The price was very reasonable and the end result left me feeling like I was given a gift. I couldn't be any happier with this business; and, I will reccomend them to anyone who will hear me.

On time, great crew, affordable, cleaned up after the job was done. Love the new roof.

First winter with our new roof which was installed in July of 2021. It is so nice not to have to worry about ice dams. No more heater tapes and ice back up. Should of done this years ago. In December 2020, Pinnacle installed a new metal roof over our kitchen addition to remedy a bad water leak stemming from the older original roof. Mike sold us a metal roof and part way into the job claimed it was under measured for materials and now needed $1800 more to complete the job. The finished product was not only shabby and showed many improper cuts but ultimately after the 1st rain storm our kitchen interior dripped globs of plaster in the original problem spot we spoke about.
He hired a new key man who told us we should get a whole re-due as the original roofer made so many errors.
( Gerard) who goes by Mike refuses to communicate.
Also his address for his company does not match his website.
We are now taking him to court.
