Pinnacle General Contracting replaced our roof recently, and the result was WAY beyond our expectations. We've lived in our large Towson rancher for over 30 years. In that time we've survived two previous roofing projects that were very negative experiences (with years of leaks to show for it). Dealing with Carl and his team was the complete and polar opposite. After years of wear, and some recent storm damage, Carl worked with our insurance company, resulting in a great outcome. But it didn't stop there. Pinnacle's attention to detail was amazing, his crew was professional, and the quality of our roof installation was top notch. Our new roof looked so great, we had them replace all of our gutters, and an exterior door we've been wanting updated for years. It truly transformed our house! If you have have roof damage in Maryland, you must call Carl at Pinnacle!!
I had Pinnacle General Contracting look at my 24-year-old roof since I knew it was ready to be replaced. They said they could try to get the homeowners insurance to pay since there were missing shingles, likely from the storm in June. I figured it would be a long shot but a few days later I had the first check in my account. I gave them the go-ahead and they came over a few days later. They had the roof finished in one day and it looks beautiful. Great job, great cleanup and I only had to pay the deductible. Justin was great to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.
This was a very good experience from start to finish.The roof was done in one day. These guys are amazing they clean up everything after the roof was done. Pinnacle cares about their clients as well as their workmanship, and they work hard to make sure each job is done well, with minimal interruption. The staff is passionate about their work, and clients that we've spoken to are always delighted.
