Phoenix Roofing & Repair recently replaced my damaged roof. The worked with my insurance company and subcontractors and handled all the arrangements with knowledge and professionalism. In my case, I had to have solar panels removed before taking of the old roof and then reinstalled. It was all handled smoothly and without any problems. All the crews involved were fast, skilled and respectful. They even did a great job of cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend Phoenix Roofing & Repair.

Excellent work. Crew was thorough and professional. Phx Roofing was able to resolve insurance claim within 1 month that I had been unsuccessful on for 8 months prior. Besides whole roof replacement, they also fixed a chronic roof weakness that left roof rotted. I had several roofers come before over the years to fix to no avail. Highly recommend!!!!

They pushed to get me to get a new roof through my insurance company, which I didn't want because it can influence my rates or ability to get insurance later, but they don't tell you that! I'm guessing they get twice as much money going through insurance. I won't use any company that leaves important information out and won't put warnings on their website so people are aware of this. I'll stick with an honest company.

Things normally don't work out for me. After a rain and hail storm had caused a lot of damage to my roof, I was blessed to see DJ from Phoenix Roofing & Repair standing on my neighbor's roof. DJ got the ball rolling, and my insurance of course tried to cover only a portion of the damage rather than entire replacement. But, PR&R is magical and I have a new beautiful roof!

Now, talk about fast service on top of their awesome ability to get insurance handled. Once approved and their workers made the 4 hour trek to my city, my roof was done in less than a day.

I had a great experience working with Phoenix Roofing & Repair. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns, both before and after the roof installation.

Lou was my main point of contact through the process, and he did an excellent job staying on top of everything and keeping me informed. The team also took care of working with my insurance, which made things much easier on my end and was one of the bigger things that gave me peace of mind because I have a relatively unheard of insurance company, but they knew who they were and how to handle them.

As for the roof, the install was completed in just one day, it looks great, and it wasn’t very long between their initial inspection and installing the new roof (the whole process took about 1 month total). They were also careful to stay within budget, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company.

Phoenix Roofing and Repair, Have been excellent. Great communication, representation and. workmanship. Did the entire job in one day. Day was 12-13 hours but all completed. Removal of old shingles and vents, all new wood foundation. Then new everything vents collars and flashing etc. All workers very cordial and managers informative as to whaat was happening and answering may questions. They did a great job on the roof. Sometimes their communication and coordination was a bit off. For example, they didn’t contact me about starting the job and then I suddenly got an email from the project manager about starting the next day, which didn’t work for us. We got it figured out, though, and their work crew did a good, prompt, thorough job!

Dylan was fantastic and made the entire process easy. I had some issues with the foreman who could communicate better; however I won’t let that alter my review based on one person who may just have had a bad day. I still recommend because Dylan is so awesome!

This company was top notch from start to finish. They worked extensively with our insurance company to get our roof replacement approved, diligently communicated throughout the process, and started and completed the roof exactly on time and as promised. Our salesperson Josh was a great help, the supervisor for the installation Shawn was incredibly communicative, accessible, and cared about every aspect of the work. Our foreman AB was also terrific. Rarely does such a big project go so smoothly. Absolutely all gold stars!

This was a very good experience for me from first contact by Guy and Marty throughout the install overseen by Chase. They were professional and courteous, but more importantly, they were open, honest and upfront about the process and kept in communication with updates. I would strongly recommend to anyone with questions about their roof to contact them. I don't have before and after photos, but trust me.....these guys and this company are awesome!!

The crew was quick to complete the job. They cleaned up the area around the house when the new roof was installed. They went beyond doing just the roof. The house at one time had a swamp cooler that was disconnected. There was a water line that was leaking from the old unit. They went in and capped off the line as well as replace a shut-off valve so that it would not leak again. The day after the install, Shawn, the manager for the install, came out to inspect the entire area as well as the roof to make sure that it was done correctly. He was also very patient in explaining what was done and answering all my questions. I would highly recommend Phoenix Roofing and Repair.
