From start to finish, our remodel project was managed professionally and within budget. All the sub contractors were strategically scheduled such that as one project was finished by one trade, the next trade came in for their portion. The only lag in timing had to do with a unique situation with our house with piping size that could not have been anticipated until we were in the thick of the project. In spite of that delay through no fault of PHK, they kept the timeline for that additional work that could not have been anticipated. The additional work for the pipe job required them to trench a 40 ft trench from our laundry room to our powder room so we could tie into the toilet line to create another bathroom. The trenching required tearing up our floors, our foundation, digging six feet into the ground for the entire 40 feet between our laundry room and powder room. During this demo, PHK contained the mess and the debris. All the subs were professional, kind, and friendly. All of the subs cleaned up after themselves. PHK sent updated timelines to us, adjusting to this unanticipated side job. They also checked in with us to ask about our satisfaction. At the end, we did have a question on our final bill due to the added piping project and everything was explained professionally and reasonably. I highly recommend PHK for any project you are considering. We love the final outcome to our remodel which included enclosing an open formal dining room to create a home office, enclosing a game room to create a new bedroom with a bathroom adjacent to our laundry room. The final project exceeded my expectations in how it turned out, the time it took, and coming within budget. These guys are the best!

Dax is “the guy”. You need not find anyone else! He came highly recommended by a very popular interior designer in the valley, and she simply said “he’s your guy!” Dax is honest, transparent with his bid, and most importantly, he won’t tell you what you want to hear, but rather what you need to hear and know.
