I don't live in the area but need to help my grandma who was experiencing a very bad leak in the corner of her living room, after FaceTiming we figured out the shingles on the side of the house were missing and there was damaged causing water in. I did some research and called around since I physically can't be there. After speaking to Victoria she was so kind, understanding and concerned for my grandma, she sent someone to her house the next day. Andrew showed up to do the estimate and my grandma felt safe and comfortable talking to him and he also helped her figure out why ring camera wasn't working, something he didn't have to do at all but I really appreciate. Andrews team was able to come out a few days after and took care of all the problems.Victoria even followed with a call asking how my grandma was doing and if everything was ok after a more recent storm after having the roof done. Everything is great and we are very happy with the work. We will probably have her garage roof redone soon since they were so kind and easy to deal with. Being far away it was awesome being able to find someone we could trust.
