I had my air conditioner stop working in the middle of the heat wave. I called and asked for a service request. They sent somebody the very next day. He was very knowledgeable, clean, respectful and did a great job!!! Payment was very easy and over the phone. I will definitely call them for all my heating and cooling needs from now on.
We purchased our home 2 years ago and we love it. When having our heating and air serviced, we found that it was installed in 1997. I was told that it needed to be replaced before to much longer. I called Peter's heating and air who had serviced it. I spoke to Brian who is the sales/project manager about replacing it. He gave me a variety of choices but told me that since the last unit lasted so long, he recommended upgrading with a new Carrier. We finalized a deal on Wednesday and they were here to install on Friday! Thanks Wyatt and Clayton for your professionalism and timely work. They were here at 7:30am and out by 2:00pm. I could immediately tell the difference in the warmth in our home. The unit was in and the area was cleaned like they had never been here. I highly recommend Peter's Heating and Air!
Peter's did a great job fixing my A/C and fitting me in for a same-day repair. The two techs who showed were professional, courteous, and efficient. The repair took about 45 minutes and it was a very reasonable bill. Thanks Peter's, you are now a contact in my phone.
