I love Hannibal Mack they've always came thru for Loves Truck Care in New London Mo. Also they're CSL's (Counter Sales Ladies) are such sweethearts, extremely helpful and knowledgeable with everything I've needed. Thank you Hannibal Mack!

Coolant hose blew jus north of Hannibal called the shop. Told me at first it could take a day but they did the best finding the parts at other shops. Within 2 hours I was back on the road.

The customer service here was amazing. I was on a service call an hr away from my own shop and needed parts. Hannibal mack didn't have the parts I needed but Cassie took the time to call everyone she could think of to find what I needed

Great job.. i called to Loves and Brown truck repair about fix my semi truck they didn't come to fix my truck. i called to Hannibal Mack road service they came very fast and fixed my truck . thank you very much guys.
