Our septic backed up in the basement and SERVPRO Hannibal was amazing!! The WHOLE team was incredible from start to finish. They went above and beyond on everything and made a frustrating situation, the best it could be. They were quick, efficient, polite and efficient. We highly recommend them if you are ever in this situation!!

The restoration technicians from Servpro were professional and friendly. They took their time and finished the job in a timely manner. They arrived on time and ready to work. I would use Servpro Hannibal/Quincy again!

Servpro of Hannibal did my recovery from a soot deposition from a faulty LPG fireplace and did a great job. The lead painter was especially helpful and made an unexpected experience tolerable.

Manny and Marty came today to clean up my water damage. They were very polite and professional. Kept everything clean were they were working. I have asthma and COPD and I did not smell any dust. They were great. They get 5 stars .

Servers has been working to clean and repair our home after a kitchen fire. We're very pleased with what they have done and we would definitely choose them if we needed this service again.

I had appointment with SERVPRO to have some carpet cleaning done. Maggie called a few minutes before arrival. She did a great job with the carpet cleaning and was very professional and courteous.I would recommend and use them again.

ServPro helped us out on a remodel/construction project in our Master Bed and Bath and did a wonderful job. We had them lay a beautiful herringbone patterned vinyl plank floor, paint, drywall repair and reconstruction of trim work.

They are always very respectful of property by cleaning up when they finish at the end of the day and always remove their shoes or wear booties.

They also do their very best at making sure things are done correct the first time and never cutting corners. I highly recommend the ServPro crew for any remodel or new construction.

Needed help with finding the right equipment to clean up after a storm and it was out an out pocket expense. ServPro had everything I needed to get the job done quickly. Staff was very helpful and incredibly easy to work with ! Would highly recommend!

The help sent to clean & dry up our water issue was 1st class with very knowledgeable individuals that knew what to do.

Was told there would be a pod there on day one. They worked 6 hrs. Took a set of curtains. From one room. Gave Sue trash bags to put clothes in. She said one girl was working her but off helping her. The rest just stood there. The next time they worked 2 hrs. They took bedding and pillows. The next day I got a call telling me I need to get a pod. Everything is at a stand still they can do nothing. My sister called and said get here now. Nothing is getting done. I drove back. I called and asked what the problem was? They said my sister had asked if they made up beds? She just washed her bedding. They said no and watched her make up her own bed. So I was lied to
Because they did not help my sister make her bed. So I don't see how my sister was stopping them from doing their jobs. So I thought that was enough. I hired a new company and in 2 days my house was empty. They are getting ready to rip up and replace carpets. I am very happy with the new company.

They went above and beyond. Helped after hours, on an holiday weekend and were very easy to get along with. Jerri was awesome. I can thank her and her team enough! Hopefully I never need them again but if I have another water issue they will be my first call!

After a heavy down pour and power outage I got alerted by my alarm company that water was detected in my basement. Power was out for the primary sump pump and the battery was dead on my backup. For the first time since I built the house 26 years ago, I had water seeping in the perimeter of my totally finished basement.
I got the generator set up so the sump pump was running again. By then water had soaked into the carpet for about 6-10 feet all around the perimeter.
We thought we could handle it ourselves.
My son and I each used shop vacs and by 1 am thought we had things pretty good. We set up fans to finish drying out the carpet.
When I got up the next morning I could detect a musty smell at the top of the stairs.
When I went down you could cut the humidity with a knife and the musty smell was much worse.
I went into panic mode thinking my basement was ruined.
I called Servpro. They evidently could detect the panic in my voice, lol.
They were at my house with 3 dehumidifiers in 1 1/2 hours. I live an hour drive from their shop!
Within 2 hours the basement felt much better. After a couple of days you would never know anything happened.
Moisture gone and musty smell gone!
I was so impressed by the professionalism, prompt service and reasonable price I won’t hesitate to recommend them or use them again.
I accused my insurance agent of calling to tell them what my deductible was because the total bill was a couple hundred less then my insurance deductible

This team is FANTASTIC!!! My Dad got a lot of water in his basement. The team responded immediately, assessed the damage, made sure my Dad was included in decisions, checked out his house for further problems. Prompt, professional, educational. Not something you ever want to experience, but we were in great hands!

We needed some carpet and wall cleaning after an accident and Servpro was very responsive. They called me back right away and came and cleaned the day we requested. They did an excellent job. I would call them again if needed.

Nick with Serve pro was very professional and understanding in this issue I had. Him and his partner ( sorry can’t remember his name). Both were very sympathetic and gracious to help me out and to listen to what I needed done.
I had never been in this predicament before and did not know who to call for this clean up. I am so glad Serv Pro was here to help me promptly solve my problem.

We were devastated when we came home on New Year’s Day from a family dinner to find a flood in our finished basement. We found a water supply line had burst under our kitchen sink. My first call was to my insurance company and my second was to Servpro. They were at the house within an hour. They did what they could that night to limit the damage and said they would be back in the morning. They came back the next morning with a crew of 8-10 people and got to work. The supervisor, Jeri, was in constant communication and guided us through the entire process. Jeri had a great working relationship with our insurance adjuster and they worked together to make the process as painless as it could be. The crews were personable and helpful. They were considerate of our personal belongings and did everything they could do to limit our loss. I pray to god that we will never need their services again, but if we do, we will call Servpro immediately.

Responsive. Came in and assessed what needed done and got busy. Becca was the lady in charge and she seemed very knowledgeable. I cannot remember the names of the other two ladies and I apologize because they started right in putting down plastic and moving things. It was such a relief! Thank you ServePro.
