Customer reviews for Perpetual Improvements are largely positive, highlighting the professionalism and quality of work provided by Wesley and his team. Many reviewers praise the company's responsiveness and effective communication throughout the project, making the process smooth and stress-free. However, there are significant concerns raised in some negative reviews regarding trustworthiness and pricing, with a couple of customers reporting poor experiences related to deposits and unfinished work. Overall, while many customers appreciate the high-quality service, the serious complaints about reliability cast a shadow over the generally favorable sentiment.
- Wesley has always been a trustworthy person to work with and always does great work.
- The crew was VERY professional, hard working, and thorough!
- Perpetual Improvements truly exceeded our expectations with quality work across the board.
- Their attention to detail is superb and offer affordable prices.
- Wes was extremely responsive to my initial web inquiry.
- He agreed to do the work, took 50% deposit, took thousands from me and didn’t perform the jobs he promised.
- I couldn’t believe the estimate: 700$ of 10 minutes of cutting the hardwood.
- After he got the deposit, it’s a jekyl.

Wes is probably one of the greatest home inspectors that I have ever worked with. I called him in a pinch. One of my borrowers was in a tight situation and we needed an inspection very quickly. Wes, understanding the urgency in the matter immediately dropped everything he was doing and raced to save the day. My borrowers are now clear to close thanks to him.11/10 would HIGHLY recommend.
Thank you Wes, again for your commitment to your clients.
We will be using you again.

Perpetual Improvements is a fantastic choice for home improvements. We had luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring installed in the entire upstairs and on the stairs of our home and they did a beautiful job at a reasonable price. I would recommend them without reservation.

I would not wish this guy on my worst enemy. I don’t know where the other good reviews are coming from, but this was not my recent experience with him. He agreed to do the work, took 50% deposit, took thousands from me and didn’t perform the jobs he promised (in writing) leaving me stranded and swindled. He also left the home in disarray causing me to hire others just to even put it back the way it was/redo the work. Don’t trust the other reviews. I wish I had this warning before he took my money and disapeared. He is very nice and agreeable before he gets the deposit. Afterwards it’s a jekyl and hyde situation. He acts like he never said/agreed to what he said (even when you have it in writing). I am sorry I ever agreed to give him any money. If anyone wants to see evidence of “his best” as he put it when leaving the work not done/incomplete, I am happy to provide multiple evidence and photos. He overpromises and does not deliver, and then gets extemely angry when you show the photos of the jobs not done. I am sure he will try to discredit me like he did with the other lady who dared to speak up here. However, the evidence speaks for itself. I am left to clean up his mess with thousands of dollars less - which he has now. If he was not capable of the work or he was not happy with what he himself quoted then he should not have promised/agreed to it upfront. It is strange, it’s like he then gets angry at the customer for believing him, as if it is somehow your fault that he agreed to the quotes/work. He becomes a different person after he has the deposit. It was an awful experience all around and communicating with him was extremely difficult. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.
The cost to replace the roof of a commercial building typically ranges from $5 to $12 per square foot, depending on several factors such as roof size, material, labor rates, building type, and local code requirements.
Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.
Roof leak repair cost generally ranges from $300 to $800, depending on the size and location of the leak, the materials required, and labor intensity. Complex leaks involving structural repairs or interior damage will cost more.
Flat roof repair cost for commercial properties usually ranges from $500 to $3,000, depending on the roofing material (TPO, EPDM, PVC), the extent of the damage, and roof accessibility.
Mobile home roof replacement cost typically ranges from $3,000 to $8,000, making it generally more affordable than traditional home roof replacements, due to smaller size and simpler structure.
It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.
The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.
To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.
Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.
When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.
Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
