The crew was VERY professional, hard working, and thorough! They even were accommodating to me having to move and came back afterwards to touch up, mop floors, and even helped get rid of some things I had left over in the house.

We had a fantastic experience with Perpetual Home Improvements! They came out and handled several projects for us—cleaned out our gutters from the inside and power washed the outside, replaced a missing fence panel that had been stolen, and even repaired some rotted wood on our roof. Every job was done professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. The team was friendly, respectful, and clearly experienced. It’s rare to find a company that delivers quality work across the board, but Perpetual Home Improvements truly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend them for any home improvement needs!

I called the company asking for a estimate of cutting 5 inches of hardwood in front of dishwasher in order to be replaced. And of course patching back in any way possible.

Perpetual Improvements did high quality work for updates we needed in our bedrooms and bathrooms. Wes Coy was extremely responsive to my initial web inquiry- like in 2 minutes responsive with an initial phone call. He was available to meet and review our requirements, was clear and easy to communicate with, and did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. As with all projects, we ran into some unanticipated changes and Wes was very flexible in working with us. We are very pleased with the results.

It was nice working with a company that is devoutly Catholic. A great opportunity for young men to learn carpentry skills as well.

Wes is the best! This is a hardworking, and exceedingly honest dude. He does great work, and charges fair prices. He has done some great work for me, both in my home and rental property. He’s even turned work down when he thought it was beyond his capabilities, but I think that was his polite way of telling me that what I was asking for was impossible, which it probably was, but good on him for not promising more than he could deliver! Most contractors world take your money, screw up the job, and shrug their shoulders. I wish I had more broken stuff that needs fixing so I could call Wes.

Perpetual Improvements replaced my shower. It was a very fair price and excellent workmanship. Wesley was a pleasure to work with too! I am very happy with how it all turned out. We'll be having them back to the house to work again soon!
