Performance roofing is great. When every other roofer serving Redondo Beach wasn't interested in helping us with a small repair job performance roofing came through.

I have a roof leak and got Performance Roofing Systems through Home Advisor. I was contacted by Rosa who set an appointment for 11 AM on Wednesday. She called and pushed back the appointment until approximately 1 PM. Another company I had contacted for another opinion also was late and finishing their estimate when I saw the Performance Roofing System truck swing by my house and leave. When I called I was told that they do not stop if there appears to be another company there and that I would not be able to get another appointment for a week. I had taken off to wait all day for these roofers and it was their own lateness which caused problems.
On a very positive note, I was contacted later in the day and had a most reasonable discussion of the matter with the supervising contractor Don McCord who scheduled a return visit the next day. He came himself on time and conducted an exceptionally good evaluation, including climbing up into our attic looking for leaks, no easy feat. He was clear in discussing his findings and we have agreed to go forward with repairs at this time. I was pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to re-engage. I look forward to the completion of the work.
