The owner, Rob, has done several jobs for my husband and I over the past two years - indoor high ceiling and chandelier cleaning, gutter cleaning, indoor & outdoor window cleaning, and most recently soft washing of our fence, deck and home siding. We couldn't be happier with the services he offers - he is very professional, courteous, hard-working and the final product is always amazing, and all at a very reasonable price! He even does our Christmas light installation every season! If you want one company that can make your house shine inside & out, Rob from Perfect Property Home Services and Rob's Holiday Lighting (for Christmas lights) is the guy to call!

I found Rob on YELP and he immediately contacted me, sent a quote and cert of insurance. Scheduled in just a few days and arrived on time. Rob and Jacob did a FANTASTIC job inside and out. My house hasn't looked this good since it was built. I HIGHLY recommend them and have already started to refer them to family and friends. See you guys in the fall. Thank you so very much.

Rob & Jacob did an excellent job getting my home ready for the summer - they cleaned my windows and installed new lighting all around my patio. I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism and the quality of their work! Definitely recommend them for any of your property needs in any season!

Rob just cleaned my kitchen window that had not been cleaned for 3 years. It is so sparkling clean . It looks like there is no window there because it is so clean. Great job. Thanks Rob.
