Perfect 10 Exteriors

We had another roofing company come out about some water damage in our bedroom ceiling. They told us that our roof needed to be replaced. Perfect 10 came out and thoroughly inspected not only our roof but went into our attic and found no evidence of water getting through the roof. We do not need to replace our roof. Such a relief to find a company that cares and isn't just looking to make a sale.

Adriana and Javier have been amazing to work with! We had our windows done by another company and were unhappy with how the bay window looked when they were done due to mismatched siding/flashing. We called Perfect 10 to help improve the look of our bay window and the results far exceeded our expectations! We are looking forward to working with them again on future projects

Perfect 10 was super responsive when asking for quotes for a new roof that had been ravaged by seasonal storms along with replacing leaky gutters. Perfect 10 was able to come out the following day for an estimate, they did all the heavy work with the insurance company to get everything approved and once the job was confirmed the Perfect 10 crew began working immediately after and did a great job of communicating their process.

We can’t say enough good things about Perfect 10. From beginning to end, Javier and Adriana have been a pleasure to work with. We recently had a bad hail storm come through, and our roof and siding both received damage. They helped us navigate through the entire insurance claim process. Along with replacing the damaged roof and siding, we also decided to replace our soffits, fascia, and gutters. For the siding, soffits, and fascia we decided to go with Hardie board and couldn’t be happier. They did everything they could to support our vision and they even focus on the small things that others often overlook. Also important to note, they are very respectful of your house and take preventative measures to avoid damage to any parts of the house, like windows or outdoor furniture. They also did a great job cleaning everything up and made it look like they were never there. In the end, we are very happy we chose Perfect 10.

Highly recommend Perfect 10 Exteriors. We recently used them to help replace damaged fascia and Javier and his team did an excellent job for a great price. Adriana was also very helpful. She was always in communication with us which helped move the process along smoothly. They scheduled us in right away and did the job in one day. Very pleased with their service and would use them again if ever needed.

We've had Perfect 10 come out twice now and have loved the work they did on both occasions. They fixed our downspouts that were knocked off by bad weather and secured them.

More recently they re-built our porch posts and added additional support for our sagging canopy. They communicated well, worked quickly, and did a fantastic job.

Rain water dripped down my kitchen cabinet during a storm. I called Javier, who was very courteous, made and kept an appointment to assess the situation. He gave me two options to fix the leak on my 13 year old roof - either reseal the leaking area (around an antenna on the roof) or remove the antenna and replace any affected shingles. I chose the later. He went out of his way to obtain the matching shingles, and came to do the repair on the day and time promised.

I was impressed by his honesty. He did not ask for a deposit, nor did he try to upsell me. I highly recommend Perfect 10 Exteriors.

The team was very professional, easy to work with, and had excellent quality of the job. We had our siding done on an addition to the house. The team was very flexible and came by for the initial quote and assessment and were able to break down the project piece by piece so that all the different options that could be done for the project were listed out individually. This was extremely helpful as it showed us all the options for our project while also letting us see what areas were important to us within our Budget. It also showed us additional options that we could consider in the future. We never felt pressured to do additional work. The team always went above and beyond , even helping fix an old wire on my roof, saw one of my gutters was clogged so they cleaned it out, as well as installing a new outdoor light fixture onto the new siding all for free. Showed how they go above and beyond and their professionalism. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They explain the problem well, always quote a fair price (usually with a couple options for how to address an issue) and provide pictures of what they are doing. Perfect 10 Exteriors is a diamond in the rough. I had called a dozen companies in regards to getting siding placed on my garage and was not impressed with their customer service. I came across Perfect 10 Exteriors, a family business locally owned in Des Plaines. Javier was very knowledgeable and has 20 years' experience doing siding and roofing. I was so impressed with his customer service and patience in explaining what needed to be done. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and was very reasonably priced. Javier used quality products and wanted to make sure that the siding on garage will last. The siding also came with a lifetime warranty, which put me at ease. My ugly and outdated garage from the 1950s looks brand new because of Javier and his team's hard work and attention to detail. One of the best subcontractors I’ve worked with. They came the same day, gave me an excellent and honest price to do the roof and gutters.
