I had roof damage caused by natural causes. Called a series of companies for repair, and was quoted prices just for repair to the immediate damage, without consideration for the affected areas not directly damaged. Decided to call peter, he came out immediately, negotiated zealously with my homeowners insurance company and the village for permits, and I ended up getting a whole new roof covered by homeowners insurance! I am so glad I called Peter as he exponentially increased what the homeowners insurance would cover. I have already recommended Peter to multiple friends, and they have all been highly satisfied. Very quick at getting back to you and very quick with results!

They have done several of my roofs and I have always been happy with the quality of the work and communication. As a real estate broker I have referred them to several clients in the commercial space and they even did a subdivision for a client of mine. Everyone has been happy and it has been great for me to give owners a trusted contractor who I know will get the job done right. I wouldn’t use anyone else when it comes to roofing.

Mike (owner) and his guys did a fantastic job. Relentlessly followed up and incredible attention to detail. Caught something that didn’t look right when he was next door and had it fixed immediately. Doesn’t over charge or take insurance money for work he didn’t perform. Great suggestions around gutters and downspout size. Smart recommendations about getting some supplemental work done since the crew is onsite anyway. I have one guy I can trust in the space. I hope he doesn’t retire.

Peter, Miguel and Krzysztof and their teams did a fantastic job in repairing our roof and interior rooms. They were very professional and went out of their way to make sure that the job was done to perfection.

Steve did an excellent job in analyzing the repairs that needed to be done for our interior damage from roof leaks due to the storms that we experienced.

We also had Advanced repair a previous roof a few years ago before we moved to our current location. Again their work at that time was excellent and we were highly satisfied. I would highly recommend their services.

After storm where a large tree fell onto the roof and caused substantial damage Advanced was out extremely quickly to tarp the roof and assist in the insurance claim

Had a leak in a small area of my roof and I called them to take a look at it. They said they can try to get my insurance to replace the entire roof. They were on the call with me to insurance and worked with my insurance the entire time and got them to cover the entire roof. They then replaced the roof fairly quickly. They did take a while to finally repair the inside, but overall a great experience since I got the entire roof replaced and didn't even have to pay the deductible. The main person I worked with, Ray, was super helpful and communicative.

The service which i needed was top notch while the work the done was effective as well. I would highly recommend others to obtain their services if you don't need any headache and any sorts of extra work.

Jim and his team took very good care of me. They replaced both my house and garage roof in 2023. The team was efficient and professional. I was making an insurance claim due to wind/hail storm damage. They thoroughly examined my property for damage to make sure all storm damage was discovered and repaired. They handled all the back and forth with my claims adjuster and made sure all the damage they needed to repair got covered.

Jim was the representative that was my primary contact throughout the whole process. He helped me with everything including the initial estimate/ evaluation, explaining the whole process, answering my questions, making sure the work was completed to my satisfaction, and the final invoice/payment process. He was easy to reach and communicate with via text and phone, which made the process a lot smoother as I’m often not available for phone calls during work hours and texting is much easier.

I’d recommend Jim and Advanced Construction to anyone.

I like the company very much. I had an issues a couple of years later after they did the job and they came back and fixed it without any charge. I have referred them to several people because of the work they did for me. They answer the phone and take care of their people

Peter's team tried to get our roof covered by insurance, but the storm damage was secondary to it just being old, so that didn't happen. However, the price for a tear-off and complete roof replacement, including some underlying plywood, was very fair. They finished the work in one day, and the new roof looks great! Would definitely recommend them.

As the owner of several rental properties and a small apartment building, we have used Advanced Roofing several times in past years and again currently on one home. I HIGHLY recommend this company for any exterior needs of your home. Peter and his team are fabulous to work with and do superior work.

After checking around several other companies, Reed with Advanced Roofing came out promptly, provided a free estimate, and ended up being the most cost effective option. They were fast, efficient, and did great work.

So much so that I decided to get gutter shields put up as well. While I hope I never have to deal with my roof at this house again, I know if I do I can reach out to Advanced Roofing for great service.

Fair pricing and quick work. Owner is a very charismatic person who will be completely honest with you even when it may not be financially suitable for his consumer. You can trust his work.

In 2012 i had a complete reroof with gutters installed after a hail storm. The lifetime transferrable warranty must not mean anything as i have called and e-mailed several times since July 5,2024. No return correspondence.the flashing came off my chimney surround and gutter needs adjustment(it never drained right) company ignores all calls and e-mails.

Expensive price they take me to the court because I disagreed the contract after signed Bad company read the contract or the agreement terms before you sign or don’t sign any document
With them make sure you will do the roof for them because they will take you to court Or take from you 25% cash of the claim if didn’t do it

Peter and his employees at advanced roofing are honestly unbelievable. They are so prompt and they back up their work 150%. We had a small issue that I called Peter about last night and he had someone there by 8:30 this morning that took care of it, no questions asked Peter has done several roofs of people I know and everybody loves him and his employees. They are very professional and very courteous and do a great job.

I only have positive things to say about Mark, Tina, and the service that Advanced Roofing Team provided. We had an immediate need to have our roof replaced, and Mark worked to make it happen much more quickly than we had hoped. We paid out-of-pocked and they were among the most competitively priced. Also, Mark also did not try to upsell us on anything we didn't need. I highly recommend them.

Advanced Roofing Team replaced my roof 2X after a large hail storm in 2014 and again in 2023 after another storm caused major wind and hail damage. The work their team did replacing the roofs, gutters, siding, etc. was professional, efficient and they left my yard spotless and clean. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing Team.

Peter and Robert did amazing job working with our insurance company.. Peter said it’ll take awhile, be patient.. he was so right! Once we were approved his roofers started at 8 am and were done by 2 pm. Everything was clean and looked like nothing happened. If you want a great roofing company stick with them! Advanced roofing did a phenomenal job with replacing the roof of my apartment after the hail storm a couple of years ago. Our insurance was giving us a hard time trying to get it fixed so I took matters into my own hands and consulted with Peter, who did such an amazing job in commercial roofing.

Pat, and Jeff, from advanced roofing when they came and inspected my home went above and beyond, as being confined in a wheelchair I was not able to get around to see as much so they took individual pictures for me to show me and pointed out damage inside my house from my roof leak that I had not even seen Because I couldn’t get around easily. The workmanship and speed that they took Income completing the job was great. All the workers were fantastic especially on the cleanup I highly recommend these guys for any work you need done

Advanced Roofing did a roof tear-off and replacement for my townhome association. Our property is a commercial-sized building and they worked with us over an extended period of time to replace our roof and to repair damages within some of our units caused by roof leakage. We worked directly with Pete who was extremely attentive to our needs and took the time to guide us through every step of the process. He always told us what to expect and he delivered on everything he said he would do. There were some delays in our project due to COVID and the nationwide shortage of building materials; however during those times. Pete remained attentive and responded to any emergencies we had. He made temporary adjustments in the process until we got the materials for the permanent fix. The replacement of our roof is complete, however Pete is still available to address any questions we may have after the fact. This was a major project for us to take on and we learned so much working with Pete and the team. It was a great experience and I'd recommend them for a residential or commercial project.

Staff was easy to work with, and did an excellent job replacing siding and roof after severe storm damage a few years ago. We've been very pleased with the end result. After another major wind storm causing minor damage just recently, they came out promptly for repairs and at no cost. It looks good as new!!!

Insurance Scammers. Do not trust these guys when they say everything will be paid by insurance because they demand more money by creating a duplicate statement similar to the adjuster statement without a Insurance company LOGO and demanded ransom when I refuse to pay the adjusted amount they send it to the debt collector to screw my credit. until now they are unable to prove the statement is from the insurance company. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS and Peter is the Scam leader, though his salesman Ray said You dont need to pay the insurance will take care but these guys are FRAUD do not do business with this company. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUDSTERS

Excellent service and prompt answers to my questions. They were able to work with the insurance when I was unable to get answers from them. The roof was completed in one day with cleanup leaving my yard in great condition. The roof looks fabulous -I highly recommend this company.
