This team did a great job with starting and completing the roof replacement and clean up. They worked well within our price range and the quality of work was excellent. They addressed every concern we had and we would highly recommend them.

I have had several roofers give me estimates for sealing gaps used by squirrels to sneak into the attic. I received a fair estimate from Sergio Perez and an excellent job was performed by Cecil Perez and his crew. They used a blower when finished and cleaned off the roof. I was totally impressed by these workers and this company and recommend them to everyone with roof issues!

Perez Roofing provided me with an excellent quality roof (shingles) replacement at a very affordable price. In comparison with other companies in the area, he had the lowest estimated price. The wait time was very short once I confirmed I was ready to schedule. (Less than 2 weeks). Even with it being summer they still finished the job in one work day. They showed up at 7am, were done around 4pm. They set up the job site with tarps all around the house to make sure no nails or shingles ended up laying in my yard. I am very happy with the job they did on my house. I would definitely recommend them if you are needing roof repair or replacement. I certainly agree with their Motto, they are... THE BEST FOR LESS!

I had the roof replaced. They finished the entire job in under a day and upgraded my ventilation in the process! One little thing they did that meant a lot was when they were finished, they took these large magnets on poles and scooped up all the roofing nails that went flying everywhere as the old roof was removed.
