Jonathan came all the way to Barefoot Bay (Lake Bob Sandlin) to replace a water heater for our camping friends. While he was here he checked on our A/C which has a habit of freezing up. He found the problem quickly and was so kind, it was even pouring down rain! Wished we had him living close to us. Very trustworthy and honest, qualities that make for a successful business

We had a slide that wouldn't go out and a toilet that was leaking right off the bat at Atlanta State Park. We called Southern Dreams, and Jonathan came out and fixed the toilet, ordered the converter needed to get the slide to work and delivered and installed it the next day. Great guy! Reasonable prices! I've never had such wonderful service from a repair shop. Hole in my roof, water damage on floor and AC problems. He picked up my camper on Monday and I got it back the next Monday. 1 week for a new roof, new AC and complete repair of water damage to the floor. Oh my! We had an entire bedroom slide rot out on a 1999 Teton. Walls and all were heavily damaged behind the papered walls. We called Southern Dreams and Jonathan came to our house, gave us a quote, and was back out to repair it within 2 weeks. What a blessing. I wish I had taken a pic of all the damage but I didn't think to. Here is a pic of before it was gutted then afterwards. We will definitely call Southern Dreams for all our future needs. So very happy with their work and it only took a couple of days during our unbelievable June downpours!

Was in a bind and needed help with RV slide, called Jonathan and he was not only very responsive but diagnosed my slide problem, got the needed parts in a timely fashion and repaired it in less than an hour. Best RV service i have ever experienced. Highly recommend him if you need any RV repairs.

I had my hot water heater catch on fire on Good Friday and was able to contact Southern Dreams Mobile RV repair and they took a look at it very quickly
And quite honestly I believe they save mine and my dogs lives!
I had someone who had Jerry Rigged it and although it was working,
If I'd have touched any area inside the Panel that was left off
I could have been ELECTROCUTED!!!

Jonathon is a great guy and does great service work. He done a roof replacement and few other repairs to my camper and made look new again. I am extremely pleased with his work and I highly recommend him for any of your rv service or repairs.

Had some issues with a few things on our RV not real sure where to start but I did my best to explain it to the service man that came out his name was Brian oh my goodness he was so awesome he just kept doing some troubleshooting problem solved this company is one of a kind highly recommended

John is as honest as they come! His work is better than what you get at the dealerships and to top it off he comes to you. I highly recommend this company!

They go above and beyond to make sure the jobs done right. Called them out for an electrical issue. Had no power and baby and a freeze was coming in 2 days. I was stressed out They came super quick and fixed the issue but then on top of that they sealed off my outside plug in so no water gets behind it, put a wall plug back in for me, and checked a few other odds and end to make sure everything else was good. Amazingly friendly they talk with you while they work and explain everything so that you can understand exactly what the issues are and how they are going to fix them. They are my go to from now on! When you have RV repairs they are your guys!

We are North of Dekalb and staying in our 5th wheel as we build a house and the heater went out. We called Jon in the hopes he could help and he was amazing and so fast. He was out to our.place the same afternoon and Our heater motor was replaced. His customer service is unbelievable and so spot on. We could not imagine calling anyone else for help. They came an serviced my water heater which was not heating. Not only did they replace a thermostat they educated the wife on how to operate the propane an electric part of the water heater which she did not know. Customer service was excellant.

Jonathan and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and a great value.

We first had Jonathan out to fix our furnace that would not light when we noticed some problem with one of our slide floors. Jonathan can put and fixed the furnace and also inspected the floors on all slides and gave a recommendation to have some repairs done. He gave us a quote and after agreeing he scheduled and completed the job in no time. Jonathan and his crew are very knowledgeable and his work is flawless. After repairing the floor in our main slide we could not even tell it ever had a problem.

I would recommend Southern Dreams Mobile RV repair for any of your maintenance or repair needs. I live in Rockwall area and use the dealership that RV was purchased at for all work until now. After using Jonathan I will never waste my time with the dealership for another repair.

I had bought a class A coach in Texas, and I was under the gun, to get the roof sealed and needed to have the sealing done, with in a few days of closing on the unit. I was in contact with Jonathan from Southern Dreams, he was super polite and professional through out the process. He made this already stressful process of buying the RV , just a little bit less stressful. The sellers were late on delivery and since I needed to take the coach to New England sealing the roof was a most. On a one days notices and he went to the sellers home and did the work. He sent photos and invoices, what else can you ask for! 5 stars! now I can peacefully pick up the coach!

We were staying overnight in Texarkana in our Cedar Creek Silverback, on our way to Arkansas for the imminent birth of a grandchild, when one of our super slides malfunctioned and became immobile in a halfway out position. Despite an already full schedule Jonathan and his team came to see if they could assist and after working for over 45 min were able to get the slide retracted so we could continue on our way and make it for our granddaughter’s birth! They were very professional and knowledgeable and were so kind in our time of distress.

Southern Dreams took excellent care of us. Jonathan and his crew were very knowledgeable and when they ran into a problem getting my 12 volts working, they went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I highly recommend there work.

I called Southern Dreams on Weds and told them I needed a ac replaced, had already been diagnosed by another repair business who couldn’t get an ac, and Jonathan and Brad were out here the next day with a new ac. An hr later everything was complete. Great job, guys!

We had taken our new Airstream out for the first time and when my wife went to use the under mounted sink in the kitchen area it had fallen into the cabinet below. When they had built it into trailer, they only glued and put supports on one side. That’s what you get for paying $120,000 for a trailer [sarcasm].
Jonathan was able to get right out to us the first thing next morning and fixed it on the spot. Quick, Clean, and easy for him, and at a really fair price.
I highly recommend him for anything you need done.

We were traveling through town the campground was no help, found Southern Dreams on line and the young man was professional, honest and empathize with our problem at 5 P.M. in the afternoon he still took the time to try and walk me through fixing the problem to no avail, but promised he'd be out first thing in the a.m. and he was. If I ever need help again going through Arkansas I will definitely call him again.
