Had a huge crack in my windshield that other shops were pricing an arm and a leg!! I made one phone call and Brad was on his way to come and fix me up and he was very proficient and went above and beyond to make sure my new windshield fit perfectly!! 10/10 recommend these guys i’d give them more stars if i could!!

I had a great experience at Auto Glass Now, the installation of 2 front windows took a little less than an hour! Service and price were excellent!!

It took a little longer than expected but that wasn’t a big deal. We heard a bunch of noise on the way home and couldn’t figure out what it was. We ended up pulling over and found the antenna on the roof of the car. I guess he forgot to put it back on after installing the new window.

Reset the windshield on a ‘15 Suburban to stop leaking, the guys did a fantastic job for a great price. I highly recommend them for your auto glass needs.

Ding did not get fixed all the way. I will be taking it back Monday. Very friendly and helpful otherwise. Took it back. They refused to fix it. Said it already has filament on it cracks are not hidden like dings. Claimed it won’t crack further we will see. Getting another opinion.

I decided to support local business over a national brand. The staff was very friendly and they immediately began the repair of the two windshield chips. They even let my wheelchair-bound Mom and I stay in the car during the repair. I highly recommend them for windshield repair.

Been a few years since I bought a windshield, prices sure have gone up but this place was the cheapest and service was great.

Not recommend this vendor to anyone!!!, Brough my F150 to them 3 times the first time had a heavy leak above my review mirror, took it back he just add more sylicone afterwards the leak move to the left side, took it back more sylicone was ad it then an air leak pop up.
At the point I call someone in Little Rock they said they were going to look in to it
So couple options take it to Shreveport or Hot springs, the shop is in Texarkana
Tech said he dint have any help blame it on my truck too tall
So at the point i use another vendor in Town, so $750.00 down the drain gave my money away, kind of furious but thats what i get for poor training staff
They hook me up no issues done in one day

Had windshield replaced. Had to go back was leaking air on passenger side. Guy added more sealant said it had a bubble. Haven’t gone on highway yet to see if it fixed.well it still leaked gave so I them a bad review. Tried to call him no answer so I left messages still nothing. So I went to the shop and the guy told me that he blocked my number and to call corporate, he wasn't going to fix it because I gave him a bad review. Why ask for a review if you’re not going to try and do better. Earlier he told me he was a man of his word and he would fix. What a joke. Called my insurance and they are sending me to another shop. Also said they will not send Autoglass Now any more work. Also tried to call their corporate office and no luck keep getting a shop in Conway, Ar. Sent emails been 4 days still no reply. Believe the whole outfit is a joke. Think they are run by 10 year olds. Lol

Got the chip fixed in my windshield quickly, and Tracy was professional and a all around nice guy to boot.

the staff members were polite, replaceable my windshield but next morning the seal wasn’t correct so after 4 attempts to schedule appointment and nearly 10 days later, i finally have my next replacement for the original replacement windshield put in on monday. wasn’t satisfied with the call center whose didn’t schedule appointment properly and who didn’t relay messages to the men working. probably won’t go back again
