I had a very pleasant and positive experience with NA Home Improvement. The roof on my home was leaking and I was referred to this company. At first I was hesitant but after speaking with Carlos and a few other contractors I decided to use him and I have no regrets. Soon after I signed the contract with him he contacted me that he was ready to begin the work on my roof and gutters. His crew was early and ready to begin work. They were efficient and polite. They finished the work in record time and did a great job both on the roof and gutters and left my property clean. Great work! I have used NA Home Improvement for several of my home projects..they very reasonably priced and do the best work..Just had sliding doors and small deck installed. Very pleased as always with their work!

Carlos came by and gave me an estimate to replace my roof after seeing the water damage in the attic. He was on time and the quote was accurate. He explained the whole contract to us. Made sure we understood everything on the contract. We accepted the contract and scheduled to have the repair done. They showed up on time for the replacement of the roof and they did an awesome job. Replaced all of the damaged wood and installed the new roof. They cleaned up everything, just like they were never there.

Carlos and his team were great and flexible once we all learned the roof project was bigger than expected. They were able to fix unseen damage and still get done in 2 days. would recommend.

Carlos came by and gave me an estimate to replace my roof and the quote was perfect. His crew came on the day scheduled at 8 am and they did an awesome job. Replaced all of the damaged wood, and all new flashing in just a little over a day. They cleaned up everything, when they were done you couldn’t even tell that they were there. I highly recommend Carlos for anyone who is looking to have their roof repair ed or replaced. I will be using NA roofing for a future project in the spring.

Amazing work! I found them online on Angie’s list. Carlos called me on a Sunday when many other contractors were closed. He came by and gave me a great quote for changing all my roof shingles, repairing my chimney and reinforced my deck. He started on Wednesday and finished the same day! Amazing work! Amazing staff , he’s very honest and straightforward and gave great advice. He will for sure be helping me with other home improvement projects soon!

Reasonable prices, Carlos (owner) try to work with you and supervise the work. His workers are fast and dependable. My husband and I are satisfied and happy with the job and outcome of our home.

What can I possibly say about NA Home Improvement LLC first and foremost Carlos is an amazing human being who will work with you to get the job done! I initially found his business on google and I read the reviews and immediately called him for a free estimate. He came the following evening (May 2023) and by far his company was the lowest I found in the area for a 3 part job! Unfortunately due to lack of communication on my part I never asked if he did financing and honestly I didn't have "that" amount of money readily available to do the job so I didn't commit.

My husband found another company on Angi List (unfortunately cannot say who it is) came to our home, after tiring us out for over 4 hours with a novice sales representative who ended up selling us magic beans (to say the least) also promised to do the entire job in one day, offered us 0% interest for 1 year and 9.9% afterwards sounded too good to be true... because it was 2 days later the coordinator (who also reassured us about the 1 day job) called us to schedule the appointment which we did and they show up on time but I was told by the construction manager the job cannot be done in one day and GUESS WHAT after completing 1 portion of the job didn't show up for the remaining portions and we were told that company X couldn't complete the job.

I called Carlos that same day in tears and asked him to come by to see if we could work anything out and he did come by and even apologize for not communicating with me that NA Home Improvement DOES finance and he took the job on and exceeded our expectations they took this nightmare and turned it into a pleasant experience. He even honored the original estimate from May 23 in July 23 minus the low flat roof that was done by company X.

I would highly recommend NA Home Improvement to anyone who needs Exterior or Interior work done. Carlos and his team are extremely professional, courteous and cleaned up behind themselves and didn't destroy my landscape like the other company did.

They give honest feedback and recommendations and do not promise anything they cannot deliver. Hands down I would use them again and will be doing so in near future. They guarantee their work and use the best materials out there to withhold the test of time.
