Met Matt at a local business networking group. Outstanding guy and, though we haven't had an opportunity to use his team *yet* there's no question who we'd call if a need came up.

I can’t speak highly enough about Matt and his team! Penco Restoration does a phenomenal job and is very much an awesome local business to help support! If you’re ever looking for a restoration company to help with a difficult time in need you’re in good hands with these guys!

I would highly recommend this company if you have a mold issue. Aaron was kind and took his time to explain everything. I didn’t need their service at this time for the mold issue we have, but Aaron was still thorough. would work with them in the future!

I wish 10 stars was an option! After one of our 3yr olds flushed a toy down the toilet that sparked a chain reaction of events, Penco sent us Brandon and Andy. They did an absolutely beautiful job replacing our floors and resetting the toilets. They were so polite, so kind, they loved on our family dog and they even gave our son who's battling cancer, a gorgeous little wooden cross. It can be a little stressful when you feel like you're living in a construction zone, but these 2 came in, put our bathroom back together and it's better than ever. I can't thank Penco, Brandon and Andy enough for everything they've done for us.

These guys were great. Had a leak in the roof of a covered porch. Called several companies for estimates repair and most never responded or provided estimates. Rapid was great from day one. Quick response. We had a vacation planned and they completed job while we were out of town. Justin, Brandon and Andy were totally professional and would 100% recommend.

Christian was very nice and professional. He checked my A/C and in my crawl space. He said I might just need to replace my A/C filter underneath my house. By giving me that info he probably saved me a lot of money. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone.

We came home from vacation to a large leak that had ruined our guest bedroom. Rapid / Penco took great care of us very quickly. In particular Olga and Jorge on the team were amazing. They took special care with our belongings - both damaged and not damaged - and protected our floors and furniture while the crew did their work. Thank you Olga and Jorge!!!

Brandon, Andy and Jason of Rapid Restoration did a great job repairing the structural damage to our home. Everyone at Rapid has been very patient and professional working with us on our home repairs.

Rapid Restoration does amazing work. I had a different restoration company come to my house and provide a quote to fix the damage from a water leak I had. I then had Rapid Restoration come out and give a second opinion. Tracy came to my house and went over in detail all the things missing in the other companies estimate. Tracy was able to get me the max amount of items covered that my insurance company would allow. When the insurance company came back and said they wouldn't cover certain things, Tracy was able to justify why it was needed. They started the work within a week of the estimate being approved by my insurance company. Justin was the PM from rapid restoration and he was very responsive. Any question I had, he was quick to respond and came to my house multiple times to ensure the work was getting done. I had to go out of town for 10 days and he ensured the work was complete by the time I got back. Greg was my contractor and he did an awesome job. I can't say enough good things about Rapid Restoration and their professionalism. I know who I am calling if I have ever have an issue with my house again.

I can’t say enough good things about these guys - Christian showed up fast and Barry, Olga and Jorge did an awesome job - our basement was a mess and in one day they cleared everything out and set up equipment to dry things out- we were particularly impressed with how all the debris was taken away at the end of the day and everything was left clean- I would highly recommend them

Aaron was great - he came out to inspect our home and crawlspace for suspected mold issues and was a wealth of knowledge, with several suggestions we hadn't thought of! We will definitely be calling them for any restoration needs in the future.

Super nice guys came out and addressed all the issues we’re having with an outbuilding. Their pricing is great & their professionalism is outstanding! They clearly care about their customers, they came out super fast, and they hit the nail on the head with was was wrong. Definitely will use again in the future should we have more water issues!

I regret to share my recent experience with Rapid Restoration, which unfortunately falls short of satisfactory. The communication throughout this process has been notably lacking. Despite being assured of a callback to schedule services, I had to take the initiative to consider alternative companies before any contact was made.

Upon speaking with Justin from Rapid Restoration, I was provided with two potential dates for scheduling, neither of which he conveyed with much confidence. The options were either 12 noon the following day or 8 am thereafter. Justin mentioned he would confirm by day's end; however, as of almost 4 pm, on the following day, I have yet to receive any follow-up communication from him.

Subsequent to our conversation, I sought the services of another company and paid an additional $600 to secure an early completion. This decision was made based on the urgency of the situation and the need for swift action.

I find this experience disappointing, particularly due to the lack of effective communication and unfulfilled promises. I hope that future interactions with Rapid Restoration can be improved upon for the benefit of all parties involved.

I’m so thankful for all of Rapid Restoration’s help after a flood in our kitchen! Drew was very helpful in helping us access the damage and how to start repairs. Matt handled all of the dealings with our insurance and made sure we got the amount we needed to fix our home. Justin very kindly answered our 10 million questions (a day!) Kevin, Olga and Enrique handled cleaning out and drying out our home. They came quickly after hours to help us and we appreciate that so much! Brandon and Andy were so awesome getting our house put back together! We knew they would get stuff done and it would be done right! Carpentry, painting, cabinetry, trim work, flooring, they were great at it all. They even let my 2 year old “help.”

I didn’t get the chance to fully take advantage of Rapid Restoration’s services, due to thankfully having no water damage. However, Drew promptly responded at 9:30pm giving me two emergency plumbers contact information that would best be able to help me with my situation. Drew clearly operates this business with integrity and cares about the community at large.

Brandon and Andy returned for a small job and ended-up pitching in to help with chores that were a challenge for us. Talk about going the extra mile! It was like welcoming back friends of the family. These two gentlemen are simply amazing! They work quickly, quietly, and expertly and the quality of their work is the absolute BEST that we have ever had done. They always go " above and beyond" in order to provide first class customer service. They are great ambassadors for their company.

Drew came and inspected my concerns about a leak and inform me of problems that were possibly happening. Drew advised and me on the next move to make. Drew was very professional, polite and informative he was on time.
Drew also gave his number to follow back up with him for any concerns. Great job Drew would refer him to others with no problem.

In over a half century as a customer of carpentry/remodeling services, I can honestly say that Brandon and Andy are the VERY BEST craftsmen that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Watching their efficiently choreographed skills at work, one could not help but admire how truly gifted and thoroughly professional they are. They are courteous, friendly, expert, and work so rapidly and flawlessly that it is easy to forget they are performing difficult strenuous work in your home while your day proceeds uninterrupted.The cheerfulness and enthusiasm with which they approach their work is a remarkable breath of fresh air in these days and times. Their work product is worth every penny spent, and in fact you will conclude when they finish that it is some of the best money you have ever invested in your home. Rapid Restoration has been fantastic to work with. We had some significant ceiling and flooring damage from flooding that started upstairs in our home a few weeks back. Rapid was referred to me. I found their information online, called them, and spoke to someone right away. She coordinated for Aaron to come out, and he was to our place within probably 90 minutes or so!

From initial contact with Aaron, to many visits and calls with Kevin, visits from Aaron, Matt, and the whole crew who has worked on our home, I am thoroughly impressed with Rapid and would absolutely recommend them for any type of restoration need. I've been impressed with their attention to detail, friendliness, and making us feel at ease with what they're doing. Thanks to the whole team!

Brandon and Andy did an excellent job on our house during the carpentry stage of reconstruction after we had a flood. They were prompt, friendly, professional, efficient, and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend them!

Brandon and Andy did a great job at the house and was always professional. They was both good with my one year old daughter that kept wanting to help them.

After 41 years of marriage we had dreaded water damage in our beloved home we only purchased 4 years ago. We feel Rapid Restoration literally rescued us! In the midst of devastation, Matt handled mitigation and guided us through insurance adjusters, cost analysis, design plans, etc. He is a superb listener! Justin has been supportive, honest, communicated well, and is extremely knowledgeable. He’s been available to answer my questions and nothing has been impossible (this far!) for him and his crews! The carpenters, Andy and Brandon literally worked magic! What I thought would take weeks has taken days! They are precise and careful. Both Andy and Brandon ask questions and communicate well and make it clear that the homeowners happiness is their first concern. AND they were neat and cleaned behind themselves! I can not believe how quickly they worked! The tile crew had 2 small rooms tiled in 1.5 days! Same with the Sheetrock crew! Excellent work! The attitudes and work ethics of everyone we’ve worked with at RR has been top notch! We are only about halfway through the process and I will review again when we are finished but so far, we are more than pleased!! I read every review when our damage occurred and have the following advice: 1. trust Matt and Justin! They know what they are doing! 2. Don’t expect to begin actual restoration rapidly! It has taken a while to get started on restoration (3 mo for us!!) because it’s a process so don’t expect fast until restoration actually begins and insurance is settled! 3. If at all possible, this is a good time to do some of the things you always wished you could do…. We are paying to have a bathroom remodeled (not part of our claim) and a few other items. We are very happy we are! 4. Do a lot of research so you know what you want and what’s available to you! And finally, tongue in cheek (not!!) ….. Make sure you have great insurance and metal braided supply lines! Lol)….

We had a water leak that was concealed for a while. The cabinets were ruined as well as the hardwood floors. Justin, Brandon and Andy worked very well with us to remove the damaged area and see that the repairs were completed correctly. We enjoyed working with such sufficient, well mannered young men! Our damage was not as bad as we thought. Rather than just taking our money the technician told us what we could do to fix the symptoms and the cause of the problem. Saving us Thousands $$!!! We will definitely use Rapid Restoration in the future!!

Rapid Restoration is the most understanding company I have ever dealt with, going above and beyond what is required. I had an issue with my insurance claim payout and they waited 6 months! and never harassed me for payment for their services. My repair job was fine but the service I received was exceptional. They honor their word which I highly value and appreciate. If I have need in the future I would absolutely use them again.

I am so impressed by Rapid Restoration. They were recommended by our plumber for water damage cleanup and repair. From the time we called them, they were here within an hour. Matt and the rest of the team was great and walked us through the process. They were amazing! I can’t believe how much work he got done in our basement in one day. This made a very stressful day a little more bearable.

Use at your own risk. There is nothing rapid about this business. We are going on week 9 of a small bathroom and work is not completed. We were told at the beginning that the work would take three to four weeks. We've been put off so many times, it's ridiculous. The last straw was this evening. We've been waiting on the sheet rock and painters to finish. We were promised that they would be finished by Friday of this week. It's not going to happen!

My experience with Rapid Restoration was very positive. Dana scheduled an inspection quickly after I called. Aaron came to inspect the damage my house, called me promptly after, and thoroughly explained the damage and remediation needed. I appreciate how Aaron took pictures of the crawl space and documented all concerns. Matt was patient in listening to my concerns, and all around very professional.

I am in the process of restoring a bathroom so it is not yet complete but the service is very friendly and they are easy to talk to and work with on the project. Good things happening so far, can't wait to see the finished product.
