Working with yall has been a pleasure. Our place looks great. Took all complaints and issues very seriously and addressed them promptly.

Talked with me through other issues with the home and work being done, I never felt like he was angry or irritated with me when I asked questions or pointed out issues. Sometimes issues were issues, other times they weren't but he educated me on why or why not.id highly recommend to anyone looking for work to be done to consider Zac and his team.

Excellent service from start to finish! Zac visited the property to provide the roof inspection. He photographed the roof and shared a link so that I could see the exact condition and any areas of concern. (He did not try to sell more than what was needed). He provided a written estimate for preventative maintenance. The team returned about a week later after the inspection to use sealant in areas and perform the overall roof maintenance. The team was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Peak Performance Roofers! I was very impressed with their prompt service. They are honest and hardworking pros that you can trust.

Zach and his team did a phenomenal job from initial phone call, to final inspection after roof replacement. Professional, responsive, and willing to take time to teach us about the process. I fully recommend you reach out to them if you need roofing work done!

Zac and team were great - came out to perform inspection after hail storm. They explained everything they are looking for and what insurance companies are looking for with damage for claims. They did some preventative maintenance while up on the roof and took a bunch of pictures that they shared with me. They said the roof was fine and not damaged from the hail. No charge for the inspection or the preventative maintenance they did while here - woohoo!

In Sept. we had a tree fall on our house and essentially felt as though insurance didn’t do their due diligence at the damage it caused. I made one phone call to Zac and team. They had someone here within a couple hours to patch up roof and essentially handled the insurance company for me. The level of trust I placed with Him and his team was on another level. He kept his word and even bared with me thru understanding the processes of the insurance claim. One stop shop and every visit ended with a handshake. I can’t thank you and your team enough. Even got a new roof and updated electrical out of the situation. Highly recommend. (Call him before you have an adjuster come out to look at damage)

I called Peak Performance on a Friday with an urgent issue that needed immediate attention. Zac came out the next day (Saturday morning) to handle the issue himself. He handled it quickly and efficiently and even though it was a weekend charged me a very reasonable rate to do the work. He even took the time to show me some general maintenance things I could do on my own so it would not be a problem again. Peak Performance is going to be my go to roofing company from now on.

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Peak Performance. This was the first time we had to go through a roof replacement. Stephanose, Matt, Zac, and the entire crew were so kind and helpful. They made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way. Their attention to detail was exceptional. I cannot say enough about Peak Performance! Zac and his crew are the best of the best. When I called to set up my consultation Zac immediately won me over. Then he showed up to my house and explained the entire roofing process and how my homeowners insurance works because I was clueless on both. My appointment was scheduled, but close to the install day Zac called and said they did not have the color shingle my wife wanted. I told him we would gladly pick another color, and he stopped me mid sentence. He said if my wife wanted that color then he was going to get her that color and he did! Then his crew showed up and laid down the prettiest roof I have ever seen in a day. If you are looking for an excellent roofing company that cares about you and your family Peak Performance is definitely that company!

Zac is terrific! He came out and inspected our leak as soon as we called. He is honest and reliable. I would definitely call them again if needed.

Cannot say enough great things! Called after a big storm in the area- we had a small leak. Peak crew got us scheduled quickly and efficiently to come out for an inspection. Had a solid plan of attack for the roof repair with knowledgeable info. They provided Quick service while letting us know what was being performed. The crew showed up on time and were super helpful and quick to repair. Would recommend fully!

I called Peak Performance to inspect my roof due to a small leak and immediately Stephanose Melaku gave my concerns his undivided attention. Over the phone we carefully walked through the concern and he scheduled an in person inspection with 48 hours. The gentlemen that came out was very professional and very detailed. They went over every question I had and showed me the exact location of the concern and then told me exactly what needed to be done to fix it. • I reached out on a Monday (after hours) with a newfound leak.
• Talk about a speedy response...I had a call back Tuesday morning. Unheard of 2 business hour turnaround!! Again, IMPRESSED!
• I got back to him Tuesday afternoon and that call quickly turned into a meet up plan for review at my home (Wednesday midday).
• He came back out with some of his team for a more thorough inspection to be able to provide a quote. It took a little time, but his schedule was busy and he was also dodging the crazy weather and rain to come back out.
• I quickly approved their fair quote and they came back out for the repair.

Zac was very flexible and responsive. Next day appointment, did a through check of my roof and made recommendation about preventive cares. Answered all my questions and explained the reasons why the issue happened. I would highly recommend Zac and his team for any roofing issues!

Peak Performance has done work for me
several times and they have done a great job! Most importantly they do what they say they are going to do! I have really enjoyed working with them.

I don't write a lot of reviews but in this case, I have to commend Peak Performance with a job well done. Matt and Stephenose identified wind damaged and defective shingles and were instrumental to approval of my insurance claim. Peak Performance replaced the entire roof and even upgraded a few features keeping all of the costs within the insurance appraisal.
The crew working on the roof did an incredible job - working from sunrise to sunset and completing the job in a 1 1/2 days. All told, from initial claim to roof completion took about a month with great communication throughout the process.

Let me just say, I was very unsure if I was going to be able to get my roof replacement covered, but Zach and Matt were awesome!! They were very diligent and thorough. Thanks to all their hard work. I was able to get the entire roof covered, this was a $37-$38,000 project and it was completely paid for. I highly recommend this company they are amazing!!!

Thanks to their persistence they were able to get our insurance company to approve full replacement of our roof after they initially rejected our claim. The roof looks fantastic and their crew got it done in 2 days, including a complete clean up. I recommend Peak Performance Roofing to anyone in the market for roof replacement. We were able to negotiate the start date for the roofing work to accommodate travel plans.
The roofer was a very hard and conscientious worker. He had to replace multiple pieces of roof sheathing due to water damage, but he completed both the demolition and roofing in a single (long) day.

Needed a new roof on my house, but didn't know the extent of the damage over a porch on the front. These guys went over and above to not only repair the damaged wood, but did an excellent job replacing the roof! They did top quality work and used the best shingles available. Extremely happy with their work and I'd recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work!

I needed a new roof on my house. I’ve known Zac since college and gave him a call. The insurance company tried giving us the runaround and Zac was able to make a strong case due to how bad the roof was. It took some time but his persistence saved a lot of money. He is all about the quality he offers and follows through! The new roof looks great and the installation was quick and efficient! The whole experience was made easier due to Peak Performance Roofers. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future on any new houses i end up with.

Thought that I had roof issues and needed a roof replacement. Tommy checked it out and said I was good for a few more years. Did find a minor issue which he quickly repaired. I will definitely call him when it’s time to take care of the roof. he was honest and upfront. No insurance scams.

Zac and Tommy are the utmost professionals! I had a highly reputable local roofer come out to inspect my roof after completely replacing two years ago due to a hail storm. After 5 guys came out to look my house up and down inside and out. They came to the conclusion that the roof would need to be replaced due to the decking that was previously on the roof they had never seen before and were concerned to be standing on the roof as it was unsafe. I had Zac and Tommy perform the same inspection and informed of the previous recommendation. They spent about an hour looking the roof over identifying areas that needed caulk and other minor fixes, but certainly not a new roof and informed the decking was standard. As for the saftey they physically demonstrated the sturdyness. I would like to thank them for their expertise and most importantly honesty about the situation. If I had taken the previous recommendation I would have easily spent 10k+, that was not necessary. If you are looking for a roofer that isn't looking to make a quick buck and values their integrity and reputation call peak performance first.

Zac and Stephanose are very knowledgeable and more than willing to go extra miles to help their customers. These guys made countless trips to my house and time on the roof gathering information to provide to the insurance company. Without these two guys I would have to pay 100% out of my pocket for something that was covered in my insurance policy. Thank you both!

These guys are great. They met with me at my Roane Law office, and they went over the work to be done. They were nice, professional and good people. Stephanose called me and texted to update me on the progress. The end result was so good, I called them again and they roofed my house. I can't say enough good things about them. I had probably 10 roofing companies come and knock on my door after a hail storm that we had in June 2023. They were very pushy, asked me to come outside, sign a contract there on the spot, etc… Peak Performance roofing wasn’t like a single one of those companies. Stephanose was the first claims specialist that was professional, walked me through every single way of the process and got my claim approved. Products were delivered on the date they said they would be, workers showed up when Peak Performance said they would be here, and did an outstanding job. My wife and I are very happy and our neighbors have commented on how the new roof makes our house stand out in the neighborhood. If you see someone wearing a Peak Performance polo representing their company, talk to them right away because they’ll get the job done the right way! Not many companies now can do that now a days. 11/10 for Zac (owner/operator) and his team, especially Stephanose for top notch service!

Peak Performance came out to assess some damage to my roof, and ended up finding other issues I wasn’t even aware of. But their assessment wasn’t an upsell—it was one of those most honest professional assessments I’ve ever received. They actually came back out and mitigated some of the issues to keep me going for a little while longer, and then even caulked around a window where it appeared I had a leak. After having been seriously let down by some other contractors and craftsmen this summer, Zac and Matt were such a breath of fresh air—I cannot recommend these guys more enthusiastically!

Insurance carrier had initially denied the claim for a complete roof replacement and initial roofing company that we had contacted lost all interest and abandoned the claim. Met with Stephanose Melalu from Peak Performance and 3 months later we had a new roof. Stephanose and Peak Performance are highly recommended. Quality people and quality work.

We had some missing shingles on the front of our roof and right after one of the last big storms we had, multiple roofers stopped by to give us an estimate. Every single roofer said "Oh, no you don't have any damage" even though we showed them some interior roof stains and peeling popcorn ceiling. Zac came by and marked on our roof all the damaged areas, the areas where shingles were missing and lifting off and where the water was coming in. The entire process from inspecting roof, to reviewing shingle samples, to getting the claim approved and roof installed took no more than 2 weeks. Both my husband and I were shocked that the roof replacement only took 1 day including skylight replacement and flashing.. I am very big on keeping your word, and Zac is a man of honor and his word. We appreciate him and the integrity with which he runs his business. Will definitely recommend to anyone we know who needs roofing work done and I recommend anyone reading this review do the same. You and whomever you recommend to will not be disappointed. Thanks Zac!
