We had Peak extend our laundry room, move the pantry and change the counters in the kitchen and paint the cabinets. They did a great job and were easy to work with. Dani and Rene were very helpful, the guys working and painting were professional and got everything done and looking great. We will call them again when we have another project.

We are repeat customers with Peak Performance and have been very happy with the work. In 2018, they replaced our roof, removed popcorn off the ceilings, textured, and painted the ceiling and walls. Recently, they completed a complete bathroom renovation. The crew was very professional and friendly and always respected our privacy. We will use them again for our future projects!!!

Renee and his crew did a great job on the portico and other entryway issues we had. Peak Performance painted our entire home as well as replacing 3 outside doors. They were easy to work with and flexible. Always checked back with us to make sure we were happy with their work.

My wife and I had Peak come out and do some pretty extensive painting and light construction on our home. They painted all of the exterior wood and trim as well as our front door, glass door trim, and window frames. On the inside, they painted our living room and kitchen, several doors, added texture to the kitchen walls, replaced our backdoor, hung drywall on our garage ceiling, and installed 2 new ceiling fans. They managed all of that in under 2 weeks and everything looks incredible. The price was under what we'd budgeted for and they had no problem doing a change order in the middle of the project. Our contractor, Rene, was onsite everyday to walk us through what was happening and the payment process was very transparent and easy. We've had work done before with another company and it was a nightmare. We'd use Peak again in a heartbeat and most likely will in the future.

After building a new home, we had a major issue the way the tile in our master bathroom was installed. Renee came out, quickly assessed the situation and immediately started work. I increased the scope by adding additional tile on some of the walls and also added a heated floor.
Everything was done with care and looked incredibly polished. Renee and team acted very professionally and made sure all of my questions were answered throughout the entire process.

Very pleased!! Rene is extremely nice and helpful. Re-roofed our house and our storage shed to match and replaced our gutters. Then stained our fence. All in a couple of days and it looks beautiful. We liked him so well that we asked him to re-roof our rental property as well. Highly recommend!

Renee at Peak Performance has taken excellent care of my remodeling needs. They have done extensive work on the exterior of my home as well as interior. They replaced and painted all of my facia/sofit, completely remodeled my laundry/ half bath, and replaced and painted all of my trim and doors. They also refinished my original wood floors from the 60’s and they look beautiful! He even had my gutters installed for significantly cheaper than the bigger companies for the same quality of product. I highly recommend Renee and Peak Performance for all of your home needs!!

Peak Performance Construction was great to work with and they totally transformed my back patio into an additional living space for our family. Rene and his crew did an awesome job and handled several different projects at the same time. They built us a beautiful covered patio, replaced our fence with a board on board capped fence, replaced the garage door, all of our window screens, impact resistant singled roof, gutters, and added cedar shutters to the front of our house which my wife had wanted for a long time. All of this was coordinated and completed in a reasonable timeframe and a fair price compared to multiple bids I received.

They were prompt and did a great job fixing and repairing my roof. Satellite dish had blown loose and caused a leak. Matched the roof seamlessly and can’t tell where the dish was. Great job!!

August was a huge month for us. Sold our home and closed in 2 weeks. Stipulation for closing was replacing the roof! Peak Performance Construction came thru with flying colors! They got my old roof off and the new one on with just a few days notice and were very professional. Superior customer service! Excellent workmanship! We began our kitchen remodel with Peak Performance and have been so pleased with how smooth they have made this process and the quality of their team’s work. We had popcorn texture and wallpaper removed, smooth skim coat applied to walls and ceiling, finished off with paint. The results are beautiful, exactly what we wanted. I found Peak Performance on the Good Contractor's List and had them give me a quote to replace a roof. I worked with Dani Mitchell and Rene Flores. They were straightforward, honest, and quickly completed work even though it was the busiest part of hail season. I highly recommend as they did not use sales pitch 'stories' or other tactics that hide the bottom line cost. I saved money by using this contractor in comparison to several other quotes using the exact same high quality materials. I was able to verify/choose the brand of materials before hand which gave me peace of mind. I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism.

We contacted Peak Performance because a water leak had developed and it was causing damage to interior drywall. They were VERY prompt in providing help. They had to cut away the drywall to examine & fix the leak. They did it quickly fixed the leak, treated the area with KILZ and then replaced the drywall and painted the area. Start to finish the same day and there is no evidence a leak ever happened. GREAT WORK AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Restoration after interior water damage - they removmed damaged walls, ceilings, and floors and fully restore with drywall, texture and painted all rooms. Replaced all molding througout the house and staircase. Excellent job done by the entire crew.

Rene and his team at Peak Performance Construction did an excellent job of restoring my parents’ home after an extension water leak. Even during a challenging time for construction work in 2021, they strive to provide quality work at reasonable cost. They were considerate of my parents and kind throughout the whole process. Had a leak which caused considerable damage to my flooring. After months of getting nowhere with my insurance company on finding the leak let alone fixing the issue I called Rene. Peak Performance (Dani) was able to work with my insurance company and get everything replaced. Very happy with the results.

Rena came out to explain every step for our new roof. He is very Professional. The roofers did a great job and were hard working.

We were referred to Peak Performance by another satisfied customer. We used them to replace our roof after some hail damage. They gave us an honest bid and didn't charge a penny overt it. Start to finish was only a couple of days and they didn't leave a single bit of trash behind. Very professional and very satisfied with the work!

We worked with Renee to do a new roof on our home after storm damage. We had a mansard roof so needed shingles and a flat roof. He was diligent and proactively advocated to our insurance company when they did not want to pay for the scope of repairs needed. Much appreciated! Once work began they worked fast, were friendly and cleaned up so well each day. The quality of the work is fantastic and we are so pleased.
